Relax at Boujee Beach in the gated Barrier Dunes community. This 3-story, 1,377 sf townhome is just steps from private beach access—perfect for sun-soaked days, fishing, bonfires, and epic sunsets.

Guests will be required to sign a renter agreement to finalize booking. A security deposit of $300 will be collected in the form of a hold on the credit card used for payment.

Doorbell camera and exterior camera monitor the front door and carport area.

There are 2 flights of stairs in the home that could be physically challenging for some individuals.

Great place to stay! It was clean and had everything you could need. Location was perfect for us-close to one of the pools and the playground and a short walk to the beach. Commnication with the host was quick and easy too.

Perfect Family Location

We loved our stay here! The picture couldn’t do this condo justice. It was beautiful and perfect for our family. Close to the pool and beach access in such a friendly neighborhood. We loved eating on the back deck and watching the fountains in the pond. Definitely will try to stay again!

Amazing beach views. Saw dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and tons of fish. Crabbing at night was so much fun. Our retriever loved the beach. Clear water for snorkeling and calm seas fot the paddle board. The beach was accesible through three different areas. Nearby beaches short drive away. The house was clean. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. The house had dog bowls and towels (we didnt use but was nice to see). The back porch was great for the dog to dry off after being rinsed. We hope to come back soon.

Boujee Beach was a great place to stay on the Cape. We loved the gated community it was located in with easy access to both pools and to the beach. Being able to walk to any of those choices was great. The amenities they provided (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas; etc.) gave us to opportunity to not have to carry all of our own stuff down with us on our trip. The house matched all pictures and descriptions and we enjoyed out Labor Day weekend so much. I had reached out to the owners as well and they gave us great suggestions on spots to eat as well. We would definitely book this place again.

Fantastic vacation

Fantastic vacation in a well situated two bedroom townhouse. Clean, cosy, all amenities provided. Minutes to the beach which even in January is a paradise for long walks.

Very nice condo. Had plenty of amenities. Pearlita and Natalie were great to work. They responded quickly and were very helpful. Condo will not disappoint. It has many amenities ie beach chairs, floats, beach towels. In the kitchen many spices were provided. two style coffee maker. Carafe/single serve. Would stay there again.

Fun Family Getaway

Property was clean and well stocked. The location is very close to playground and one of the pools. The beach and the clubhouse pool is a short 5 min walk. Especially loved the well stocked beach gear, bikes, and kitchen.

Great Hosts!

We stayed at the property for our anniversary and the condo was clean, had everything we needed, and had great beach access. The biggest impression was the communication with Pearl and her ability to help with anything we needed during our stay. I would highly this property!

Fall Break Trip

We enjoyed our time at Boujee Beach despite the trip being cut short due to the hurricane. The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our family! Great access to beach items and a quick walk to the beach. Pearl was easy to work with and communicative during the process.

This home is tastefully decorated and has all that you need to make it a relaxing getaway. The master oasis is the entire top floor, great for peace and privacy.
Barrier Dunes is just steps from the entrance to St. Joseph State Park & its large variety of wildlife, Hiking, Biking, and over 16,000 acres of awesome 'Beachfront' wilderness surrounded on 3 sides by the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joe Bay. Barrier Dunes has a gulf front swimming pool, second heated swimming pool (just around the bend from the Boujee Beach), lighted tennis courts, and a playground. Plus 3 fresh water fishing ponds, boat parking and washing area, pet stations and scenic boardwalks.
From sugar white sands and breathtaking turquois water to kayaking and biking to fishing, horseback riding, bonfires on the beach, and much more Cape San Blas has it all! You can rent bikes, kayaks, and lots more from Scallop Cove, right on the Cape.
