No. 108, which we call “Sea Clusion” at D Sands Condominiums, is a privately owned studio condo with your own private ocean view through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio to enjoy the ocean breeze. This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and sleeper sofa.

​​​​​​​Sea Clusion also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk or drive to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life.
