Great house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the best-equipped rental houses we have had at Rosemary (and any other place along 30A). The cookbook collection (including Joy of ... and My Paris Kitchen) signaled a real attention to detail. The rental agency was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful house!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved this house, would love to stay here again! Only downside were the smaller backyard and pool, and having different guests staying in the guesthouse above the garage. That part made us feel slightly uneasy and we weren’t sure if we were supposed to be sharing the backyard and pool.

Overall this was an amazing house to rent for my Bachelorette Party weekend! Location was AMAZING & walkable to all the major hot spots & the beach. The house was clean & the layout was great to support group hangouts. The only feedback we have is that the AC unit seems to be a little off- it was absolutely freezing on the ground floor to make the 3rd floor habitable and if you turned it down to make the ground floor better, it was a sauna on the 3rd floor. In a perfect world, the 3rd floor would have its own unit. I also think explaining how the alarm system works (every time you open the door you have to hit a button or a siren goes off) would have been helpful data to know before. Still, the house was great & I would totally recommend it and go back!

Holiday Stay on 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week after Christmas with family and friends. We loved this property! It fit our family well with plenty of room and places to hang out. At that time of year the weather can sometimes be a little iffy and the house was very comfortable for an afternoon of games and movies when the weather didn't cooperate outside. The management company was very responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked for all our cooking needs. We plan to return soon!

Deauville Cottage review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great and would love to stay there again! The only thing I might suggest is that the shower in the middle bathroom on second floor might could use a frosting on the window so you can't see out/people can't see in. Otherwise great!

Perfect location, perfect family vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property - light, bright, 100% renovated, so close to beach, shops and restaurants. Worked well for our family - my husband & me (the grandparents), two sons and their wives, and 2 grandchildren. Loved having the 3 king "master" bedrooms on 2nd floor and kids room on third floor. We had the pool heated and it was just perfect.

SPECTACULAR HOME!!

My girlfriends and I stayed in the Deauville Cottage for a long weekend. This home is truly one of the most beautiful homes you will ever stay in! It is immaculate, gorgeous and very spacious. Wonderful floor plan and impeccable architectural design and interior design. The mattresses are like giant marshmallows with top of the line sheets! All bathrooms are simply stunning with oversized amazing showers. Words really cannot express how perfect this home is. We will definitely stay here again The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Access to the beach and downtown is a 2 minute walk!

The stay at the Deauville Cottage was excellent! Very very close to the town of Rosemary Beach and to walkover D (if you're planning to do the beach chairs/umbrella rentals). The kitchen is well-stocked, and the photos of the house accurately represent the house! The living room furniture was a bit worn/dirty, and there's not too much living room seating if you go with a big group, but that is minor for an overall great house and amazing location with access to the private beach and 3 Rosemary Beach community pools (both require access cards). To note: pool is small but nice to have, there are no beach towels in the house, and there's a chance that another group will be renting the adjacent carriage house, which would be good to confirm before you book in case you don't want anyone else sharing the garage / courtyard / pool area.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were very happy with how well stocked the home is as we made most of our meals in the property. This property includes all of the items our part of 8 needed for the week. I will also add that the team at 30A Luxury Vacations is 5-stars as well. We never had any issues but every time we had a question or needed help they were there for us. We would highly recommend this property and would use 30A Luxury Vacations without hesitation.
