Southern holds very high standards for the condition of our properties, which includes our maintenance & unit condition during pre-arrival/post departure inspections. I personally apologize your expectations were not met. I have arranged a unit inventory inspection for the property that will allow us to address the issues mentioned in your review to insure the property is completely rental-ready. Please remember Southern is available 24/7 to address any guest issues and concerns. As we did not hear from you during your stay, it is unfortunate we did not have the opportunity to address these issues, once discovered, to help make your stay more enjoyable.
