This is a cooperate apartment in a residential building, noise restrictions are enforced, absolutely no parties will be allowed. This listing is for up to 4 guests ONLY, in the event that more guests stay in this apartment you will be charged $25 per person. If any reports of a party or gathering occur you WILL be charged a $250.00 fee. NO SMOKING ALLOWED, in the event that smoke is smelled, you will be charged a $300.00 smoking fee.
We are not responsible for your belongings, car, luggage or any closures, seen and unseen of any building amenities. We ONLY provide one car reserved parking space free, any car outside of 1 may park on the street for a daily fee. The meters charge a fee from MON-SAT 8am -7PM and free all day Sunday.
