Newly Renovated Waterfront House w/ Private Beach

The Bluffs is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that has a fully furnished outdoor area and stairs leading to a private beach. The Bluffs was decorated with a coastal calm inspiration and has an open floor plan containing panoramic views of the Peconic Bay. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of the kitchen or from the private beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, utensils and accessories, including a mini-fridge for wines and other beverages. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ and watching the boats pass by while lounging on the new outdoor furniture.

We provide everything you need to enjoy your time on the North Fork. Other amenities include but not limited to: wi-fi, smart TV, Sonos speaker, work desk and monitor, washing machine and Dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee machine, bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, BBQ

Incredibly peaceful getaway

We had the most incredible 2 weeks at Caroline and Evan’s home. The house was beautifully updated, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed and more. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with an unbeatable view of the bay and private beach. The location is perfect, close to many vineyards, farm stands, and an easy drive to nearby towns like Mattituck and Greenport. Caroline and Evan were great hosts, very communicative and helpful. It was a dream to stay here and we hope to come back again! Thanks for everything!

Perfect getaway

This house and view were just perfect. Everything was in pristine condition and the house had everything you could need or ask for. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Waterfront home in Laurel

The house was clean and comfortable and decorated with all the comforts for an enjoyable stay. Caroline, the owner was friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The area offered easy access to stores and restaurants. The private beach was delightful and chairs and floats were provided.

waterfront bungalow

Place was just as listed, which was nice. Place was clean and was better stocked than my own home. The view out back is stunning. Really enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend highly.

Easy breezy beach

The property is all we expected and more, it is bright , comfortable , and has amazing views , the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly want. The only thing we missed was a small outdoor table . Me , my husband ,my son , daughter in law an 2 young grandsons had a great time.

Outstanding North Fork vacation

The pictures don't really do the house justice. It clearly has recently been redone, such that we were noting things for our upcoming home renovation. We really enjoyed the patio furniture, both for meals at the dining table and reading and relaxing on the sectional. The appliances, linens and toiletries were exceptional. The location right on the beach makes this a perfect house for a beach vacation.

Beautiful Beachfront Bungalow!

The home, yard, beachfront location, and experience with host were all perfect and flawless. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and filled with amenities that far exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect small family vacation home close to all North Fork sights. Our two toddler grandchildren especially loved the private beach, beach toys, and smaller waves of Peconic Bay —and all part of the backyard. The host made us feel so welcome, too! Thank you, Caroline!!

Jamesport bay house

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house right on Peconic Bay. Caroline anticipated all of our need from great toiletries to floats and beach chairs. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated but our favorite spot was the patio with a big comfortable couch and large dining table. There were also two Adirondack chairs on the lawn set up to view the sunrise. Thanks, Caroline for making our stay such a memorable one. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect!

From the moment we reached out to the host until the moment we checked out the process was fabulous. The house is absolutely incredible and it was perfect for our family of two adults and two children (ages 6 and 2). Staying right on the bay is a dream as the water is calm and the little private beach is so fun and so safe for the little ones. The house itself had everything you could want and things you didn’t even know you wanted! Beds were incredibly comfortable, sheets soft and pillows fluffy. The location of the house is not only great due to the proximity to the bay but also to all the vineyards, restaurants and fun activities. All and all, you literally could not ask for anything more from a vacation.

Toddler and Dog Approved!

To say this home was perfect is an understatement. The private beach was great for my toddler and dog. The bay was calm and safe. We usually stay on the sound side of the island but are so happy we chose the bay. We discovered so many more restaurants, farm stands and activities right by the house that we may never have found before. Caroline was a terrific host. The house had everything you could ask for and was so comfortable. I haven't been this relaxed in a long time. Every time we left for an activity, my toddler would ask to "go back to the beach house". She loved it, my husband and I loved it and our dog loved it. I'm searching our calendar for when we can go back again. Such a great trip to the North Fork!

Spectacular sunrise and a private beach!

In the age of Covid we found ourselves renting a lot of places and having staycations with our family. We realized with two young kids it’s actually easier and we really enjoyed it. So we have in the last 2 1/2 years rented a number of places, and this place has exceeded expectations. At this time the house is pretty new to the short term rental market. And I feel very fortunate to have come across this listing. The house itself is beautiful and newly renovated. Everything so well thought out and organized. The house is bright and airy with a lot of windows and very comfortable. I’m glad to see the response for the last review saying that they will get a table outside however the table inside has a very open feeling and feels like you’re outside with all the windows and views. This house gets a lot of morning light so if you like watching a spectacular sunrise then you should definitely rent this house. The beach is right down the steps and the water is nice and calm for the kids. The speech is very private. We hope to rent again next summer. Caroline the owner is great and very responsive. The beds are comfortable and they provided linens, sheets, towels, basic toiletries and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There are a lot of little details that make this place stand out from the rest. Not to mention the views.
