This private oasis is the perfect vacation getaway nestled conveniently between the world-famous Siesta Key beach, extremely popular Venice Island beach (shark tooth capital) or the lesser known but equally stunning Casey Key/Nokomis beach just 10 minutes away. If looking for a day away from the beach the home is nearby to Oscar Scherer State Park, where you can kayak, hike and see the abundant wildlife that South West Florida offers. Just minutes from many great shopping and dining choices.

This home can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic lockbox access code to the property.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-There is no Hot tub available
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- This property has a maximum parking allowance of three vehicles.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.

House is a good size with a great floor plan. The morning after arrival we realized this house was not working for us. Great stays management co was awesome. We had the BEST customer service we have ever received. Highly recommend using them. They do have other properties too. Reach out to them to see what all they have to offer.

Our week-long stay at this beautiful house was absolutely wonderful. The property was very clean, featuring a fantastic outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, TVs in every room were a nice touch, and the host was incredibly resonsive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s just a short drive to shops and a 15-minute drive to Siesta Beach. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing retreat!

Great vacation!

It was our first time to Florida, the location was perfect few min walk to Walmart, very close to cvs and grocery shopping 15 min to siesta beach and 28 min to Lido beach!

Great place!

We really enjoyed the house, close to beaches and stores. Loved that it had a pool, neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were kind always said hello when they would see us, even the pool guy was super friendly. Made us consider moving to that area!

Overall we enjoyed the stay; plenty of room for all. Would recommend that pest control for the vegetation around the pool. As we hung around the pool, several of us were bitten several times by something. It was generally annoying and nothing serious, but wanted to point it out. Thank you for the prompt response to the non-working grill issue!

Great Place to Stay

It was a very welcoming home. The sleeping accommodations were great; the kitchen worked well (a couple more pots needed); living room was comfy. Enjoyed the outdoor space. We mostly went to Nokomis Beach which was great. Thank you.

A piece of paradise

This was a wonderful vacation home for our family including 3 adults, 3 teenagers, and our puppy. The kids loved the pool, we loved the accessibility to the beaches and the convenience to everything! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was spacious! We really overpacked as this house had everything we needed and more for a lovely vacation!!

Amazing time

We had a wonderful time. I took my mom and my two kids on vacation with me to this home and they took very good care of us.any issue we had was a fast response and there wasn't many. We had a great location near anything we wanted rather it be to see gators or the beautiful sky and waters. We will definitely be coming back to this home again

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a very comfortable home with great common space seating for everyone. The location is very close to Nokomis Beach. The only negative was the pool was really dirty when we arrived and we only had a skimmer to clean it so we had to wait a couple days for the scheduled pool people to come out. Management was very responsive.

Everything you need and more!

We loved how the home was laid out, the pool and hot tub were perfect for morning coffee or evening swims. We spent the rainy evenings curled up watching movies or playing games. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having all the beach gear to keep from having to buy it. It was also conveniently located near a Walmart and Publix. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had a few unfortunate circumstances we will certainly return.

Great location, close to everything. Could've been a little cleaner and did have a smell to the house we could not place. Overall, the house was good; almost everything in working order. The pool was grat. The hot tub was overly sanitized but I do understand that. We would book again, for sure. If anyone in the future has a thermostat issue, just youtube how to unlock it. It's really easy to do

Needs vacuum cleaner on site. Inadequate paper products Roku television very very difficult to use for those unfamiliar with steaming and having no streaming carrier. Online listing should include photos of the front of the house.

Great location

Overall, the house was nice and in a great location—close to the beach and very convenient for a family vacation. We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and our kids enjoyed the pool and the variety of games provided. We appreciated the provided beach chairs, pool toys, and sand toys, which made beach trips easier. That said, there were a few disappointments. The floors were not cleaned very well upon arrival. We purchased dishcloths for the kitchen, as there were no dishcloths available, & only 2 dish towels. The hot tub was not clean and the control buttons are worn and not functional, which was frustrating. I did contact the property manager to address the issue. We were told someone would be out to check it but we never received a follow up and were unable to use the hot tub during our stay. The bathtub (hallway location) also appeared to be in need of repairs, as the bottom surface was coming apart. This had been covered by a bath mat which was not cleaned very well. The backyard around the pool area was overgrown and did not reflect the well maintained yard in the pictures provided. Even after weekly lawn care was completed the overgrowth was not addressed and the weeds remained surrounding the benches around the pool area. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and with a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this rental could be a much better experience. The location and amenities have a lot of potential but some basic improvements are needed.

The house was great and in a convenient location

The house was nice overall. The location was very convenient. It was located near multiple beaches, restaurants, and shopping. There are beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage that you can use, which was super nice and convenient. There is a few things that need to be fixed, such as the exterior doors. The back doors off the kitchen and bedroom are both hard to open, we could barely get the one off the kitchen unlocked. The front doors might as well not even lock because someone could easily just push through them. However, the doors didn’t disturb our trip in anyway, we were able to manage. The main reason I took a star off though was because the beds are super hard. Comfortable beds are super important for me. I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was a little better than the bed. The beds are the only reason I would not stay at this house again. If you like extremely firm/hard beds, this would be a great house for you.

Florida trip troubles

We really looked forward to a perfect vacation in beautiful Osprey Florida. After Ian hit we sent a message concerned the area was hit hard and the property would be affected, we were told it was good and was looking forward to our arrival. We arrived and found the fence was down and we couldn't let our pup out in the yard because there was metal shed debris, sophet from the house and lack of a fenced in yard. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broke and filthy. We found sheet metal screw in the pool which was advertised to be heated, it was not. Monday four of us went to the store leaving my youngest at the house with our dog and all of a sudden some woman walked in the house unannounced and scared the living bejesus out of my daughter, later to find out it was the property manager. We should have been notified and I could have been there. An electrician came out Tuesday morning and found the heating element for the hot tub was shorted, he disconnected the heater element and the pump and filter worked. I cleaned the debris from the hot tub and cleaned the filter assuming we would get the heater replaced, that never happened. Mid week the debris was removed from the yard and the fence was propped back up so we could have the dog in the yard for the rest of the week. Thursday a guy came by and put a concrete pad in the yard and Friday he came back and installed a new pool heater but the electrician didn't come to hook that up. We really needed the hot tub because of my wife's health issues and the heated pool would have been nice. We didn't get what we paid for and think we deserve a refund. We made the best of it, the house was beautiful and clean we were very comfortable and the location is outstanding. If the yard was cleaned and the fence was up with the hot tub working and the pool clean and heated it would have been perfect. Hopefully the next guest will enjoy there stay with all the amenities working and functional, I know they will it just wasn't ready for us.
