Nice place

Nice place, lots of room. The fireplaces are boarded up, and this is not noted in the listing. We weren't planning on having a fire, so it didn't affect us, but that would be very disappointing if you were planning on it.Also the washing machine started randomly (twice!). We figured it's a smart machine that was accidentally started remotely, and were able to turn it off, but still weird.We accidentally locked ourselves out but called the emergency number and they were very helpful and were able to get it sorted out quickly.

Palmer house is spectacular

Great location and super comfy and cozy. It is like the Tardis, bigger on the inside. And well updated.

With temperatures in the upper 80s, this is not a place to stay. It didnt cool down inside until midnight. Some windows didn't have screens

Nice house for our family stay

Great house for our family of 5, lots of space and loved the big kitchen table for games. Updated flooring and kitchen. One drawback was this property is not air conditioned. Although we opened windows at night and it cooled down nicely, during the afternoon hours the main level got to 83 degrees even with all fans going. Also the pictures online showed a patio table outside with umbrella as well as another stand alone umbrella. These were not on the property and the deck gets full sun during afternoon so we were not able to enjoy the deck as planned as it was too hot and there was not table to sit at

Vacation in Glenwood Springs

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and there was plenty of room to spread out, which was nice. The beds were really comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The only negative was that the entire house didn’t look like the pictures shown- the kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled nicely but the living rooms and the deck haven’t been updated. The deck is a really great space, but the boards were rough and the railing didn’t seem really secure. It was a nice big space but the price was a little high considering some updates that are needed. The communication with Vacasa was fantastic though, and the logistics of checking in and out were seamless and without any hassle. I called about something I saw on the property and the lady with Vacasa helped me with it right away and followed up as well. It was overall a good experience, but there could be a few improvements.

Great Mountain Retreat

The views were stunning. Perfect location between downtown and ski slopes. House was clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was much appreciated!!

Ski group get away.

Some of group skied, some relaxed at home. Ample parking. The kitchen lacked some good coffee mugs and regular coffee pot. Otherwise a very nice kitchen for a large group. Add a few couch pillows and that would be nice too. All throughout was nice and clean and warm.

Great 4 Bedroom home

We had a family reunion in Glendwood Springs and found a 4 bedroom home that could all gather in. Was great to have all that space. Nice wrap around decks and backed up to an opens pace hill while being close to town in Glendwood Springs. A couple of suggestions 1. Only coffee maker was a Keurig and there was no coffee. I had brought my own but was loose ground for a drip pot. Had to drive e into store Also house had bee shut up for some time and was extremely hot when we arrived. Had to open up all the windows to allow some air in. It helped to keep windows open all night & then close in daytime hours to keep house cool. Nice to have the large kitchen & kitchen table and the 2 family rooms.

Mountain Getaway

Our group loved our stay at the house. The beds were nice, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the WiFi worked well, and the location is incredible.

Kitchen area the nicest part of home

Large house with very nice kitchen. Very nice location in Glenwood Springs. Both fireplaces were boarded up in family and living rooms, this detracted from the comfort of these rooms, especially at Christmas time. I think installing an electric fireplace instead of boards over the fireplaces would help. Expensive for what you get for the price paid.

Great Glenwood getaway

Very nice home in a good neighborhood. Seems like a fairly new rental space. Excellent beds, very well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses and utensils. New grill. Good Wi-Fi. Easy drive to town and pool. Very big home, plenty of space.
