We have just completed a major remodel of both bathrooms, vanities and upstairs flooring that all future guests will enjoy during your stay. Starting December 1st we are offering a discounted Regular Season Sale of 30% off ($359) except Christmas week ($659), or January-March 2026 Peak Season Sale of 20% ($569). Unit C-15 is a top floor , 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront unit that allows you to choose between swimming with turtles outside your door, watching dolphins and whales (Dec.-April) from the private lanai, oceanfront BBQ's, or sipping your favorite Hawaiian beverage while watching the breathtaking Maui Sunset. Napili Beach is less than 150 yards away for paddleboarding, boogie boarding, surfing or sunbathing.
Unit C-15 is has had a full air conditioning system installed in September 2023 to go along with a recently remodeled kitchen offering marble countertops, new appliances and flooring, upgraded cabinets and new living room furniture and bar stools. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, 55"flat screen TV and private bath. The upstairs loft bedroom has two twin beds and a private full bath. The living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, new queen sofabed and table and chairs. The full kitchen included stove, refrigerator/freezer/ microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full supply of dishes and cooking utensils. Ceiling fans circulate air in the living room and both bedrooms. The unit also has a private stacked washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Internet, Wi-Fi and parking are provided at no charge and there are no additional resort or booking fees for this. Our unit is managed by Maui Paradise Properties (MPP) who can immediately respond to make repairs or resolve and maintenance issues. The private lanai has a dining table, 4 chairs and a lounge chair where you enjoy unobstructed ocean views of the blue pacific ocean and the islands or Lanai and Molokai. There are two complex swimming pools and oceanfront BBQ's to prepare your favorite island cuisine.
Napili Point Resort is located in Napili, walking distance from Kapalua. The white sand of Napili Beach is a short walk away. Kapalua Bay and Resort with 2 championship golf courses and tennis is minutes down the road. The Gazebo restaurant is right next door and adjacent to a full surf and snorkel shop for all your beach rental needs. About 5 minutes south is Kaanapali Beach and famous Black Rock, where Whaler's Village has replaced Lahaina as the temporary shopping capital of Maui.
