Come relax in this ground floor Phoenix V 3br Beachfront Beauty! Conveniently located on the ground floor! Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, two queen sized beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a splash pad, weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX V



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Check in was super easy. Great location if you have younger kids because they could play in the back yard. Theres an extra room added on the back that isn't pictured, but was SUPERRR convenient to let the kids play/sleep. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. No complaints, and would deff stay again!

Will stay here again!

Very nice area and quick access to the beach. The room location made it feel secluded from everything else which was a plus for us. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic—right next to the pool area, with a grassy space that my toddlers loved playing in. The condo was very convenient for families. That said, the bed in the primary bedroom was extremely firm, which made it hard to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The shower in the primary bathroom could also use an upgrade, as the water pressure was quite weak and it took a while to rinse off sand after the pool or beach.

Beach Front

We enjoyed our stay with Phoenix. The ground floor condo was very convenient for accessing all of the facilities specially the pool and the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great unit

Very clean, my family and i had a great time, really liked that we don’t need elevator, just few steps to the pool, will definitely rent again, only down side is that if we need to use the twin beds with the glass roof guest from upstairs units can see inside room no privacy

Loved it!

The condo was lovely. The fact that we were in the ground floor steps away from the beac, the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and the outdoor pool. The property was clean and most of all very spacious. We had 12 family members and everyone slept comfortably. I really loved the outdoor space, the kids had plenty of room to run around. The only thing I didn’t like was the front desk service. The receptionist had a very off putting attitude and seemed very unconcerned and nonchalant with helping me check in and finding my unit. Overall I enjoyed it.

Spring break 2025

Nice condo. Extra room was nice but odd since you have to go thru master to access it. Definitely bring extra of essentials, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. only 1 supplied. Also remember to bring your own condiments, salt/pepper, etc.

Beautiful Property

Totally beautiful property, but the construction noise just about did us in; this construction information was not listed when we booked, so we were very disappointed we couldn’t use the walkout patio or the grassy area heading towards the ocean or sidewalk to the pool.

Great rental unit for large groups

Our group consisted of an infant and three kids under the age of ten, plus six adults. This unit was the perfect size, giving us adequate sleeping arrangements. The best part was the enclosed porch area with two twin beds - perfect for the kids for both sleep and play. The unit was clean and nicely decorated with updated furnishings and appliances. My only gripe was no vacuum, which is pretty important for clean-up during a beach vacation. We'll certainly stay here again!

Vaca 2024

We enjoyed the property. We had 5 children under 5 and the being able to run outside on the grass instead of a balcony was nice. Our only issues were, the refrigerator door would not close properly, the ice maker was slow in producing ice and a toilet seat was broke. We would recommend this property and look at using it in the future

Fun beach trip w the family

After getting everything in line for check in- it was smooth sailing at this condo. There was construction directly in front of our spot- didn’t effect the fun! Who sits in a room while on vacation anyway ;) Phoenix V is a pristine facility. Super clean! The indoor pool was great and hot tubs were HOT! Plenty of vending machines, parking was excellent and under cover, clean clean clean- did I mention clean? Condo was a great lay out for our crew of 9. Everyone had a comfortable bed and tv. All it lacks is a full size mirror 
. And the rest is all set. New furnishings. Stocked kitchen. Tile through out- decent beds, ample room for 12 if needed. The hosting company did a great job w communicating-** suggestion: include your hosting company name vs individual for ease in finding emails and contacts. Jil took great care of us and ensured a smooth check in. Outdoor pool was pleasant and the kids splash pad was fun for my little guy. The beach- is our go to spot! 90% of time was there. We made our way down past the rental umbrellas (brought out own- cheaper and better!) and had a front row seat of the gulf. Beautiful beaches- no cars. No dogs. Clean and nice. We will be back!

We are a family with 3 young kids (2,4,&6) and took a grandma in her 60s with us and the location of this unit was perfection. Access to the pool and beach is literally right there and made it so so nice and easy. The unit does have a keurig hidden in the bottom cabinet that we didn’t discover until the end of the trip which would have been nice to know. Also there are hair dryers in both bathroom cabinets and some board games and books in the living room media cabinet. Having a ground floor room was awesome with the kids not having to worry about a balcony and also it seemed the elevator situation gets a little hairy so it was wonderful not having to mess with an elevator!! Can’t wait to go back!

Family vacation

Bedroom areas were spacious and mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen/living area was a little smaller than we are accustomed to in other rentals. There was plenty of seating in the dining area - but a tight fit. Once seated, there was no walking behind chairs. The ground floor location was great for us as we have mobility issues. No pool noise even though we were just feet away. Negatives were that as stated in other reviews, we did have to sweep the floors and couches after arrival due to sand. Also, as far as using the bonus room/sun room as a regular bedroom - be aware - our teenagers slept there - and we later realized the area is somewhat viewable from street level. Consider privacy issues. Overall - a very pleasant experience.

A quick mini vacation

The only thing that we felt was not to par was that there was a gross spot of dried sand or dust on the wall of the bonus room, the fake drawer under the sink was not attached and could have done a little more with sweeping. There was sand throughout the condo. I get it is on the beach but just walking on it felt gritty since we just got there and haven’t been to the beach yet. But overall it was nice.

This is considered a basement unit and walking to it you may feel like you’re in a submarine, but once inside - it definitely feels like a ground floor unit. Pros:We loved the easy access to the pool and the beach. With younger ones, it was so nice for them (and us older ones!)We didn’t have to wait for elevators and in a building with 15 or more floors and only 4 elevators, that was a huge plus. We could park and unload luggage or groceries and wheel it to our room with carts provided. The bonus room was perfect for the teens with us even though to get to it you have to go through the primary bedroom. The sand on the beach is wonderful! Soft and never got too hot to walk on without shoes. Plenty of seating in living room. Unit was clean upon arrival. Woman who helped us with parking passes was very friendly, informative and patient. Cons:For the price of the rental, parking should be included. Very weak Wi-Fi and poor cell reception inside the unit.

Great For Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 3, which includes our 3 year old son, spent 8 nights at this unit. Our son didn't want to leave! The ground level was ideal as our kiddo thinks he's a daredevil. The unit was clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Parking was convenient. Our only hiccup was we couldn't find the book with the Wi-Fi password. After searching we found it. The view was beautiful. The pools and splash pad were popular with our kiddo. Phoenix V facilities were clean. The beach was beautiful and clean. We rented chairs to avoid having to bring a ton of stuff with us. It was worth it. We plan to stay at this unit again the next time we're in Orange Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival in Gulf Shores, our group found that this property was under renovation, with the balconies being worked on. The result was our forced evacuation from the facility during the daytime hours (Monday - Friday of our trip) as well as no use of our patio during those times to access the beach. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time, but the property did cut our rate as a result, so we felt that we were heard by Phoenix Rentals.Otherwise, it was a beautiful condo and suited our needs perfectly. We would recommend this location and would consider staying again.
