The house was perfect for 6 adults and 1 dog. We loved the easy walk to the beach, the ice cream shop and Scallop Cove General store (good place to get breakfast sandwiches). The view from the master upper deck was amazing, especially at sunset. We really enjoyed having the private pool! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Property was perfect for our family. The walk to beach was quick and easy! Only suggestion would be to provide more bathroom towels and the master mattress needs to be replaced. It is sagging in spots. Otherwise the accommodations were wonderful and we will be back!

The kitchen was amply supplied with gadgets, utensils and space. There was a moderate sized pantry for groceries that we never even filled up. The lift outside was a game changer for us. So nice to not have to make multiple trips on stairs. Top porch provided beautiful views of gulf water and sunset. Very pleased with our stay.

As a return vacationer to Cap San Blas, we were beyond pleased with this rental. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. The house was spacious enough for all of us and our furbabies. Having the convenience of the fenced in yard was perfect. The pool was used on a daily basis - I was concerned about the closeness of the road but we never noticed any traffic. The walk to the beach was perfect even on a hot day. The little touches such as the rags in a basket, a step stool and Swiffer were appreciated. This is one rental that I look forward to renting again next year.

Great Family Vacation

Property was as described and even exceeded our expectations. We were able to bring our pets and it offered a great environment for them with a fenced in backyard. We would highly recommend this location if you are planning a vacation.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay! The house is in a great location, close to the beach and close to the general store and ice cream shop. We rented paddleboards and bikes and had a great week in a beautiful location. The house could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived as we noticed pet hair and dust both downstairs as well as in bedrooms. The sliding doors on the main level did not slide well which was frustrating, but not an huge deal overall. The management company was very responsive about a pool heating issue, which was resolved quickly. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great family beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great (but too short) visit to this home. Very spacious. Each room has their own bathroom. We had to make the beds up in the loft. A lot of stairs. Stocked kitchen. Quick walk to beach. Pool was great although the pool light wouldn’t come on with switch. A lot of beach gear there. Family vacation with dogs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for.a family of 6 and 2 large dogs! Location to beach was great. Dogs had fenced in yard. Pool was nice to have. Kitchen very well stocked. The railing on the deck from the master bedroom were very loose but we called to let rental company know. The nails in deck also need to be nailed in. And the bedroom on main floor did not have good air flow it was always warmest place in house. Our family would enjoy coming back to this house again.

Parking for more than 2 cars!!

The parking worked out great... if you have 10 or more people staying in a house you normally need more than 2 spaces for vehicles!! We had 6 vehicles, and we parked with no problems!! The walk to the beach was not bad, even us old folks had no problem getting there! There is a cargo lift that will take all your luggage and groceries up to the 2nd floor where the kitchen is. That was great!! The check in process was ok. You had to stop at the realtor place that was on the way to the house, not out of the way at all. However, if you checked in after-hours the packet was in a drop box. It would feel safer if there was a code to unlock the box. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Very relaxing and great location. Beach was just a short walk away. House was clean and stocked very well with things you may not think to bring for your stay. Only issue we had was upon arrival there was a surplus of overflowing trash from the guests before us and those prior guests did not have the courtesy to put their trash out at the trash pickup spot with the other houses on the lane that had their trash cans there and ready for pick up as well. I'm not sure that is on this rental agency as much as prior guests not taking pride and responsibility with the property in maintaining the cleanliness and following trash guidelines in the renters guide. Other than that little issue everything was superb and this house was a great choice for us and we had a great time. I will rent again in the future and come back !
