This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features all the amenities you could ask for, as well as high-end touches! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum
• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area
• Fireplace is wood-burning — bring your own firewood
• Coffee maker is a Keurig — bring your own K-Cups
• The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers an outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub (year-round), playground, game room (pay), and washer/dryer facilities (pay)
• Outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day and closes around the end of August — exact dates subject to change without notice by the HOA
• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round — availability subject to change at any time by the HOA
• Any maintenance, pool closures, or amenity restrictions are managed by the HOA and may occur without notice. Thank you for understanding.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
