This is a lovely complex. The location is peaceful and near St Andrews state park. The unit was very comfortabley furnished and the master bed was great!

Excellent stay!

Beautiful view of the ocean. This is one of my favorite properties because it is on the more quiet side of the beach. Even on a busy week, the beach never gets too crowded. The living room furniture is great! Kenny, the realtor was very easy to get in touch with as well. We will be back!

Quiet and peaceful!

Property is right next to the park and not on the strip so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The amenities were excellent, beach chairs and umbrella included was the icing on the cake. The beds were soft, had a keurig, everything you need in the kitchen. The bathroom towels were nice and fluffy!

Super cute condo! Everything we needed was provided and ready. Fantastic pool and beach access. Felt very safe. The entire family loved it! Hope to come back next year!

Definitely Going Back

This resort is so wonderful. We go to the beach every year, sometimes twice a year, and each time we rent a condo directly on the beach. This resort is by far the best one yet. The location is perfect, the hot tub is bigger than most resort hot tubs, the shaded kiddie pool was perfect, the restrooms at the pool area were a great bonus, the rental chair and kayak rental staff were extremely polite, and best of all the entire resort/beach/pool areas never felt crowded. Absolutely coming back again!

Great beach trip

When we got there, we were not registered with the condo. Had to call and have them send over forms. We enjoyed the the condo and quiet beach. Would have been just as easy to book thru condo instead of thru Vrbo.

Relaxing

Excellent stay. Couldn’t ask for a better spot on the beach with a great view. Extremely quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and yes, needs some updating, but we were happy with the location and view. A lot of retirees there (we getting close) that were very friendly and welcoming. Grounds are well taken care of and clean. Didn’t feel like Panama City Beach down that end (which is great) and we would love to come back for another visit.

Overall this property was very nice. My one concern was toddler safety. Knives were stored in a lower cabinet very easily accessible to a curious mind.

Best Location for PCB

Close to a pier, St. Andrews Park, away from the crowds (which being Thanksgiving week there wasn't much of a crowd probably anywhere). The room met all of our needs. The kitchen had all the things we needed for cooking (and we cooked almost every day there) All staff that we encountered were very kind! Pool was heated! Hot tub was nice! The sun deck by the pool is cool. DG right down the road if we needed anything. I have no complaints!

The building itself is pretty old but very functional and the location was great. Kenny provided 2 chairs and umbrellas in front of the unit which was nice. He also was very responsive with any booking concerns and needs that came up during our stay. I would definitely book here again.

Dust bunnies

Photos in listing are misleading. This rental is in need of repairs & a deep clean. I will say I did not notify the property manager with the cleanliness issues, we just made do. We were there for beach time, which was absolutely wonderful with wonderful amenities & views. Will definitely be back to the Moonspinner, just not 808B
