With relaxing ocean views and the beach access just 25 yards away (less than a block) – this 1 bedroom house has a queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a porch perch to provide all the comforts of home. You'll spend your afternoons in the sand and surf, with a heated rinse off in your own private outdoor shower! Cozy up in bed with a new Dreamcloud mattress, updated May of 2026!

The heart of Folly with quintessential beach stores, locally-owned restaurants and bars lies a short 30 min walk or 10 min bike ride away (12 blocks). Within 5-6 blocks you'll also find access to basketball, pickle-ball & tennis courts and the “wash-out” surf destination. One end of the island boasts the Folly beach County Park, and the other holds pristine views of the historic Morris Island Lighthouse. During your stay, take advantage of the many outdoor activities & lessons offered on the island, including fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, boating, and much more. A 12-mile/15 min drive will take you to historic downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy all that the Holy City has to offer.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes
