Fabulous home! Lots of room, numerous amenities, and spotlessly clean. The best kitchenware options we have ever had. Convenient location to many places we wanted to visit. But with no airport noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

This is honestly one of my favorite houses that I have stayed at. Everything was clean, love the layout, love the back yard amenities. Maria was great, she responded to any question I asked throughout the trip almost instantly. I will definitely be back and also recommend this house to family and friends. Thanks again for hosting a great stay in the Springs.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was spacious, well maintained, and very nicely decorated. There was a lot of detail in the decor, which I really enjoyed. It was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Sitting outside by the pool and seeing the mountains was really nice. The host Maria was extremely responsive and attentive. We will definitely come back again.

Desert Hot Springs

The house was beautiful! It had everything necessary to eat in. The outdoor area was everything we could have asked for and then some. Maria was very responsive with turning on and off the hot tub. Great stay.

Great place in DHS

We spent a great week at Maria's home. The house is exactly as pictured and no hidden surprises. Check-in and communication were a breeze. Overall, we would rent this home again!

Our stay at the Springs was beyond superb! Since this was the first time my husband and I experienced our trip without our adult children, our host was so helpful in answering questions pertaining to our requests, she was very prompt in responding with answers. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed to make our stay one of the most wonderful experiences ever! Definitely would recommend and if there was a way to give it 10 stars, I would!!

Relaxing Oasis

Had a fun time in this relaxing home. Great layout with bedrooms and overall home. Larger than it looks in the pictures. Also the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, which was nice. Thank you to Maria for being a great host and available anytime. We appreciated it.

Great Hosts!

Great stay! The weather was a little soggy over New Years, so the hot tub was a real bonus. Every night we would recuperate in the jets after our daily adventures. Desert Hot Springs is is a nice "middle" location, with Palm Springs to the south, and the Joshua Tree to the north. The house is brand new, and very nicely appointed. The hosts were wonderful and very quick to respond to every request. We're already looking forward to next visit!

Thank you to Scott and his family for staying at The Springs @ DHS. They were amazing guests at our new house. Scott was easy to communicate with, and we were so happy they were enjoying all the house's amenities, especially the hot tub. It sounds like the family really explored the area too. We are looking forward to them staying again.

Thank you Maria for helping me over this weekend. Not only did you give us extra attention but your house was perfect for a weekend gateway! We had a blast in the pool, cooking and hanging out watching movies all weekend! Can’t wait to come back again… Best, Evelyn

Outstanding Rental

Stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend 2023 and it was amazing. The inside of the house was fully stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Pillows were great too! Outside area was a dream and I’m sad I’m no longer there! Maria was an amazing host and made the whole process a breeze. Everything was clean and organized. I highly recommend this listing to everyone. My group of friends and I can’t wait to come back next year.

Desert Hot Spring weekend retreat

Probably one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at, so we're talking out of ~30 homes we've stayed at over the years. Maria was easy to get a hold of and super quick to respond. The place was clean, comfortable beds, it had everything you would want (no detail forgotten). Towels, soap, sponges, BBQ grill utensils, plates, even beer glasses. I'm big on coffee in the morning, the coffee maker was very nice and they had filters. I appreciated truly being able to drop my bags and relax. Other places we have to go to the grocery store and stock up on all the little things missing. We loved the backyard, the jacuzzi was great and the BBQ is top notch... very clean and well maintained. Incredible property to chill out in if visiting the Palm Springs area.

Rooms were all spotless. Comfortable pillows, comfortable mattresses. Lots of games, towels, Floaties and barware for mixing drinks. Extensive cookware and spices. Showers heated up quickly and stayed hot for a long time. Great for bachelorette parties or birthday parties, already had command hooks on the wall, ready to hang decor. Love the aesthetic. Easy check-in and checkout. neighbors were noisy, but that’s of no fault to the host. Very short and easy drive to Palm Springs, and I definitely recommend going to two bunch palms spa. Would definitely stay here again!

Maria and Bob's house is absolutely stunning. It's a brand new house with modern decoration and style. Maria also knows how to party and the house is equipped with all the kitchen and beverage tools you can think of. My family had a great time there. One minor suggestion: it would be great to have an instruction manual for guests to set pool and hot tub temp. But I didn't have any issue as I was able to reach out to Maria directly. She was always able to adjust the temperature for us remotely.
