"Sweet Swell" Perfect Sized Game Room for Family
"Sweet Swell" is a luxurious beachfront home by Holiday Beach Rentals. This beachfront dream vacation rental is 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths featuring an outdoor private pool, recreational room and theater room.
As soon as you walk through your front door you'll first see your very own large private theater room with ample seating for everyone in the family! There is also a queen sleeper sofa added to this floor which comfortably sleeps two. If you head out to the outdoor paved pool deck you'll be able to enjoy your own an outdoor lounge/seating area and game area with large flat screen TV (there is also an outdoor shower)!
Heading up to the second floor, you'll find a king bedroom as well as a queen over king bunk room, both with their own full bathrooms. Also located on this floor is your main open-concept living room/dining room and kitchen area with exquisite beachfront views. There is an additional half bathroom on this floor with a full size washer and dryer as well.
The third floor has three additional bedrooms. On the beach side is a king bedroom, in the middle of this floor is a queen over queen bunk and on the street side is another king bedroom, all of these bedrooms have their own full bathrooms attached. This floor features a queen over queen bunk that sleeps four and a king bedroom both with connecting bathrooms.
Coming up to the last floor on the top is an open loft/seating area that leads into a large bedroom featuring 4 twin beds with an in-room vanity area plus a connected bathroom. On the beach side of the 4th floor is a very large master king suite with a sitting area, en-suite bathroom and one additional twin bunk set (sleeping 4 total in this room).
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach is your backyard! "Sweet Swell" has a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Saturday-Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
