Beliggende på første sal denne tre soveværelser Riverfront ejerlejlighed har en fantastisk udsigt og let adgang til Pemigewasset floden. Den rummelige stue, spisestue og køkken område indtager den centrale del af denne ejerlejlighed. På den ene side af den levende område er master bedroom suite med queen seng, tv og eget bad. På den anden side er yderligere to soveværelser (et med en fuld størrelse seng, den anden med et sæt køjesenge og en dobbeltseng) samt en fuld bad.

I sommersæsonen sørg for at tage en dukkert i den nær-ved gammeldags flod svømning hul eller bruge tid på en af ​​de to udendørs swimmingpools. Tennisbaner er også tilgængelige i løbet af sommermånederne.

Being a prior property owner, my expectations were more because of the lack of updates. The beds were honestly atrocious, and both bathrooms had never been updated from original kitchen had been nicely updated and the views were spectacular so obviously location location location needs serious updating, and the beds are that bad I can’t recommend staying there for myself again.

The condo was wonderful, everything we needed, easy access, clean. The only note would be the shower heads didn’t work that well and probably need replacing, and it would have been nice to have additional pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet.

Perfect for another stay in Lincoln!

Absolutely perfect for our return trip to Lincoln and Mt. Washington. Every picture was accurate. Very spacious and very clean. Received a phone call upon reserving, followed by an email the day of arrival. Highly recommended!

Overall, the apartment provided us with good lodging for our ski weekend. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO website. We had a lot of difficulty finding the correct building at 10pm when we arrived. None of the building addresses are lit up at night. We had to stop at a few of the parking lots, get out of our vehicles, and search for street address numbers. This rental is managed by LOON RESERVATION SERVICES, not the actual owner. LOON RESERVATION SERVICES should either make sure all their address signage is lit up on all buildings, or provide specific turns/directions to the correct building upon entering a development/complex.Note about the sleeping conditions-this specific unit contains uncomfortable mattresses. They are either very old or of low quality. The coils in these old fashioned mattresses were not pleasant. All guests in our group made comments after the first night of poor sleep. It may be time for replacements.

Reviewer Comments: The place was fairly decent, the hot water was not on, I had to turn water on to the tank,locate breaker, turn on, wait for hot water, there was a pair of ladies underwear in the dryer, batteries in remotes for TV were dead, it would have been nice to have a little firewood for the cool rainy evenings. The key box was difficult to open. Would only recommend if these problems were addressed.

Place was very quaint, immaculate, view out sliding glass doors was the river just steps away. Swimming hole short walk away kids loved it. Convenient to everything. Everything was great. The only little drawback was the week we stayed humidity was incredibly high and cottage does not have a/c but did provide fans. Despite difficult sleeping would still highly recommend !
