Wonderful!!

Loved it! Location is perfect! Loved the bikes! We had a great time. Appreciated the reminders for trash pic up.

Great for a family vacation

Check in and check out were easy. Appreciate the standard and reasonable rules from the property mgmt company. We had a group of 10 (3 families: 2 adults, 2 adults + 2 teens, 2 adults + 2 teens), and the house was the perfect size. Only negative: beach access was too far/difficult for the older adults to walk, so we drove to public access instead.

Big house, good location

I love the neighborhood and it’s great to have five bedrooms. This house is right beside the tennis and pickleball courts. It’s just a few steps from the pool too! The hot tub is great and clean. In the listing, it said golf carts are not allowed in the neighborhood, but we saw many. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk. There are many kitchen supplies, but bring your own big skillet for sure. Also, the barbecue pit tank ran out of propane, and the management company refused to refill it. The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Enjoy!

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the beach! Rental golf carts are prohibited in this community, however if an owner has a personal golf cart they are allowed to use them. As for propane refills we do ask that our guest have the tank replaced if needed and we will be sure to reimburse you for the cost as long as ou are able to send us your receipt. An Awesome Family Trip!

This was a great house for my family. The space was enough to accommodate two boys, two girls, three couples, and one adult female. There’s a balcony off of every room. There is construction in the area, but you don’t even notice it. We rarely saw any other resort guests, and it was very quiet. There are bicycles at the house you can use to ride up to the corner and get ice cream and other goodies, and the beach is in that same area. However, that beach access has three sets of stairs, so if you have a wagon, there is a beach about 2 miles up the street that was perfect. As for the location—The location is an average distance from everything. We could not find the private beach access, but there is plenty of beach access in the area, and no beach was crowded. Parking to get to both beaches was surprisingly great, considering we went in the middle of summer. We will definitely be renting again. You cannot go wrong with this house. Enjoy your stay!!

Oversold and underwhelmed

When we arrived, we were able to check in early which was great. The house was clean, and the bikes available were nice.That being said, the ceiling in the bunk room was literally falling. The dryer did not work, and we contacted the company every day for a fix and nothing ever happened. We had to hang dry clothes for 10 people which is obviously not ideal. We had to contact the company three times just for clean towels and wash rags.The walk to the beach was a hike and once you got down the longest boardwalk ever, you had to cross three feet of water (a huge ditch in the beach) just to get to the area that you’re allowed to sit in. Obviously this is a pain with chairs, beach bags and coolers. We ended up cutting our trip short by a day and just heading home.

Rode hard and put up wet

This could be a great house. It needed a lot of attention when we arrived. It was reasonably clean but there were many problems. We were too busy to call and make the management aware of all the issues. The handle on the laundry door was falling off. I repaired it. The master on the 2nd floor the tv remote never did work. The fan on that balcony, one worked one did not even come on. The out door shower head was broke so it could not be used. The gas grill only the left side worked and it was really dirty. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work and the water on the refrigerator door needed the filter to be replaced so it was also not usuable. Someone needs to check in on this house between renters to make sure it is in good conidtion and that everything works. The management company came out on Tuesday to check on the ossue we had with the oven door that was falling off but my son had already repaired it. It would be helpful if the garbage cans were in good condition. One of them the lid was half broken off and the rain filled it half full of water so that the garbage was soaked and the can weighed way too much to move. It did get emptied. A new can would make sense. We had a great time, but the poor house just needs a lot of attention.
