You deserve a Gulf front vacation laden with luxuries. That’s exactly what you’ll get when you stay at Grand Panama 1304 – Tower 1.

From high on the 13th floor, you can see all the variegated blues of the Gulf and breathe in the salty sea air. Everyone will have so much fun in the resort’s large meandering pool. There are also two hot tubs, a clubhouse with dining, a children’s pool, a Tiki bar and a fitness center. And, of course, the resort offers private access across the dunes and right to the shore. You could spend your entire vacation at the resort, but then you’d miss out on the amazing restaurants, deep-sea fishing, shopping and golf that are close by.

Grand Panama 1304 – Tower 1 can accommodate up to eight people when the sofa sleeper is used as a bed for two. You have assigned covered parking in the Grand Panama parking garage. Walk across the sky bridge to the speedy elevators that will whisk you up to Grand Panama 1304 – Tower 1.

Your living room will be your gathering place with its comfortable furniture, HDTV with cable, and DVD player. Bring food with you, and you can prepare it in the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans you need to feed your group. There’s even a blender so you can whip up margaritas to drink as you watch the Gulf sunset.

Playing in the sun will make you ready for a good sleep. Your primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, balcony access, and handsome en suite bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and in the alcove, you’ll find two twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. There’s a second full bathroom and a handy washer and dryer within Grand Panama 1304 – Tower 1.

During the winter season, Grand Panama Beach Resort maintains two community pools that are heated for guests' comfort. The ideal temperature for these pools is approximately 85 degrees. However, please note that on colder, windier, or rainy days and nights, it may occasionally prove challenging to sustain this temperature. Rest assured, every possible effort will be undertaken to uphold the 85-degree temperature whenever feasible.

Absolutely terrible

First of all, when we got to the hotel, the room code wouldn’t work so I had to call and get a new one. That took 30 mins to do while my family and elderly grandfather had to stand in the hallway of the hotel in the heat. Once we got in I realized that they didn’t have any arm bands for us or the two reflective things that goes on the dog leashes like we were supposed to have. I spent another hour and a half waiting on the staff to come back from “lunch” at 430pm so I could gather my things. Once back in the room, I did a walk around inspection. I found the microwave door to be broken to where we couldn’t even use it, the master bedroom door didn’t latch or lock, the master bathroom door didn’t latch or lock, the master bathroom toilet didn’t flush correctly, the room smelled like someone lit a full pack of cigarettes and closed all the doors, the dishwasher didn’t shut so it wouldn’t run unless you held the door shut. Also, there were painters there all week painting. On Thursday, I get a text from the Grand Panama Security asking me to move my two vehicles for the painters. I told them that I was out and wouldn’t be back until later that day. Their response to that was extremely rude and threatening. I have proof on my phone if anybody doubts that statement. Thursday when I get back to the hotel, I went to move the car. Guess what! There were no parking spots because everyone else had to move their cars! Why in the world would you hire painters in the busy season? SUCKS!!!!
