Enjoy stunning views from this second-floor condo located in the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg. The condo is comfortably furnished to provide you with a relaxing home away from home. Explore all the Smoky Mountains have to offer and then return to this peaceful unit to unwind and enjoy the scenery.

About the area:
Our condo complex features an outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub, paid laundry facility, arcade, outdoor playground and grilling area. Nearby Ober Gatlinburg offers skiing, tubing and ice skating during the winter. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park has beautiful trails and scenic views year round. Don't forget all the unique and awesome shops in Gatlinburg and hundreds of outlets in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. There's so much to do and see in the area!

Getting around:
The condo is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs. Also please keep in mind that our condo is on the top of a mountain. The roads are winding so take your time and be safe! Many mountain roads in the area do not have guardrails. Four-wheel drive may be required in the winter months. Free parking is available at the condo complex.

Ober also offers a gondola ride to downtown Gatlinburg! Drive the 1.5 miles to Ober, park your car there and ride the gondola to downtown Gatlinburg. Shop, eat, walk, enjoy and ride the gondola back to your car!

Host was amazing with communication. Had zero issues, property was clean and the beds were fantastic they have sound machines in both bedrooms. loved the location all the bears, the view. Will definitely book again when we came back.

Perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of town

If you're looking for a secluded place to stay in Gatlinburg, but still able to access the Parkway and touristy things, this is a great spot! It is a drive up the mountain, so be prepared for that. But it is a wonderful place to have a cozy, home feeling with access to everything your house would have. The views are spectacular! You may even see some cute little bear cubs. The communication with the host is tremendous - she responds within a few minutes and is always helpful! Would recommend this condo on your stay in the Smokies!

Great for a short trip to Smokys

The house was perfect for a short trip to the Smokies. Just a note that the windy roads are very windy and lots of sharp turns, and is a bit farther out of town than we thought. But the house itself was what we needed.

Gatlinburg Stay

The condo was in a nice area up the mountain. The decor in the condo was nice and inviting. My only complaint is some of the cleanliness was not done in my opinion. I did inform the host and she was very apologetic

A Great Family Friendly Spot

Property was exactly what we needed! Very family friendly, clean and quiet. Close to all the fun attractions but far enough to appreciate the great views! We will definitely be back!

Birthday celebration trip

This property was the ideal spot for anyone who prefers to be up and away from the hustle of the town. It was pretty cool watching the bears too. Our condo had everything we needed, and the heated pool was an added bonus. A home away from home atmosphere.

Weekend trip

We were in town for a sports related event. The rental was super clean and just as described. The kitchen was small but efficient. The owner had fantastic communication and provided a helpful digital guide with all info we could need prior to our arrival.

Great place!

Family and I had a great stay! Got to see black bears on the way up to the condo, which was pretty cool. The condo was in great shape and the manager was incredibly nice and responsive! Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area!

Condo was beautiful and comfortable! On top of the world with amazing views of the town below!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The views are like no other and the condo is beautifully decorated. The host (Stephanie) was so easy to communicate with and super helpful! Love everything about our trip! Definitely will be staying here again!

Our short stay

It was a great experience, the condo was clean & well furnished. The host communicated well with all the details! The only issue we had was an outlet not working in the master, & we couldn’t get the lights to work in the second bedroom, but we managed. Overall it was a great experience, would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much!

Very clean, great communication

Host was very quick to answer questions. Impressed with the cleanliness. One sink had a clog but was addressed ASAP once the host was notified.
