Please note that pool heating is available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice and a $125 heating fee. Our pool uses an eco-friendly heating system rather than a gas heater. As a result, the heater operates on a timer and its effectiveness can be influenced by the weather. The maximum water temperature is 85 degrees Fahrenheit; the system will automatically turn off once this temperature is reached to maintain the chemical balance of the pool. Please let us know if you would like to add this service to your stay. Pool heating months October 1st-March31st.

-This pool is heated by a heat pump, meaning that it can only get to a certain warmth, NEVER HOT. If the air temp outside is above 50 degrees, the pool MAY heat UP TO 20 degrees warmer. We CANNOT guarantee a temp for the pool, as it is affected by the outside air temp. MOST DAYS, even in the winter, with the outside temp reaching ABOVE 60 degrees, the pool should heat up to ABOUT 84 degrees. PLEASE understand that even on the highest setting, it will NEVER FEEL LIKE A TUB. PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT.

Pool heating fee is $125 per night.

- Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction, building projects, and community improvements. While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 328 Sea Isle Dr, Unit B in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
