Everything seemed simple enough. We were emailed the wrong code. Third night there we discovered roaches. Although we understand when you have people in and out from all walks of life, these things are gonna happen, but still.

Old and Outdated. Pictures misrepresented the property!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been going to Destin every year for the past 40 years so I have stayed in my fair share of places on the Emerald Coast! That said the pictures of this property were very well done to the point that it misrepresented the overall property and not the room specifically. This property is very old and minimally maintained in my opinion. Beach hut and food truck were both open as advertised? Getting to the beach with a wheeled ice chest was difficult from our room. No walking path? The reason we decided to stay here is because we were considering buying a condo unit but after our stay, it was an absolute no on buying a unit there.!!

Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit, very up to date. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. This was not a problem since it was just the two of us, but the 1 bath would have been an issue with another family or more people.
