Beautiful property, easily accessible, and close to everything! Highly recommend. Be aware: Black bears roam freely so take the necessary precautions.

Property is close to gatlinburg and nearby grocery. Enjoyed the stay here and host is responsive for most of the questions. Bring kitchen essentials as you need like chopping board, knife, vessels that you might need.

Walt communicated often and was very prompt. The property has a great view with nice balcony furniture. The appliances were very modern and the beds were comfortable. This a a very nice condo. If I was in the market for buying a condo this would be it. The free trolley for Gatlinburg is just down the hill which makes it very convenient for users. Parking was ample and designated for each unit and you get two spaces per unit.

The property manager was great!! Unfortunately, if you plan to cook, the kitchen is not stocked for cooking full meals. Overall I would recommend this condo, but prepare differently for my stay.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My daughter and I wanted a girls’ weekend to relax, hike, watch movies, and enjoy the fall colors. This property was perfect - super clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.
