Had a great stay, bed were comfy, house was clean, hot tub was hot, and location was great. There was even enough laundry detergent to wash our clothes which was huge plus, since some places only give you one or two pods. Would def recommend and would stay here again.

Thank you as well for the helpful feedback regarding the kitchen cookware and bath towels. I am actively looking into replacing the skillets, adding pizza pans and a cutter, and upgrading our towel selection to make future stays even better. We had a great stay with an excellent host. The home provided enough space easily for seven people to sleep, and the Jacuzzi was super useful during our stay. I left rejuvenated and happy that I had trusted this location to host our family during the Austin marathon.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was super clean, comfortable, updated, and in a really convenient location. There was plenty of parking, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable, which was a huge plus. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t filled enough and could have been cleaner. That being said, it was extremely hot weather while we were there, so we honestly weren’t planning to use it anyway! We also didn’t contact the owner about it, but I’m confident they would have been quick to fix the situation on the spot if we did want to use it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your review, Mallory! I’m happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and I really appreciate you sharing your feedback about the hot tub as well. I have the hot tub inspected and maintained between each guest’s check-in and check-out. The water level may have dropped slightly due to the hot weather, but I made sure everything was checked and in great condition after your departure. I always do my best to address and resolve any issues my guests bring to my attention, especially during the stay, so guests can have the best experience possible. You’re always welcome in my home, Mallory, and I’d love to host you again soon!

Clean, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated house! Very well-equipped for the cooking & grilling we did. We appreciated the laundry, dish washing and paper supplies, which were more than enough for our 4-night stay with 4 adults. House had plenty of beach towels, which we used for a day at Barton Springs. Pool was a little too cold for us, but the hot tub was great. We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool area - whole backyard was a great use of outdoor space for fun activities or just lounging. Great location for a walk to Lamar, First St. or Congress St. food and entertainment. HEB grocery nearby. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Property was super cute and accommodating! The rooms do not have ceiling fans, there was one plug in fan which was helpful (I suggest more). No seasonings in the kitchen so if you plan to cook, bring your own! It was great overall! Plenty of bathrooms, great lighting for photo ops, super aesthetic and clean! Great location and perfect for our bachelorette party!
