This charming Cape Cod oceanside condominium unit is located only a few steps from the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Offers a heated fresh-water pool, BBQ grill with outdoor table, high-speed wifi, cable, and 2 TVs. Do your own cooking with the fully furnished kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and utensils), or go out to the local restaurants, ice cream sundaes, go-carts, mini-golf, batting cages, kayaking, & jetskiing. This comfy unit has a Queen bed & pull-out futon. Perfect for families, or couples!

Coming to Boston for the World Cup? Why not combine it with a beach holiday? Swim in the warm ocean water and relax on sandy beaches, then rent a car for the 90 min drive to the match!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and fit 3 people comfortably. We loved having the beach right across the street. The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff was super nice! Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a wonderful weekend stay here. The condo was in a perfect location right across the street from the public beach parking. Everything was clean and the host was great to work with. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean. It was furnished with quite a few utensils in the kitchen. Located in an area that is convenient to just about everything you could think of.

Great Location, Nice Complex

We enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located and close to many family friendly activities. Easy walk to the beach. The AC kept if cool.

Yes, the beach was beautiful. The pool was great. The only downside was at the bedroom was on the small side. Everything else was great. I would definitely consider returning.

Fantastic spot near the beach!

5 stars all around. The place is right next to the beach - nothing like feeling that ocean breeze right when you wake up and being able to swim at any time during the day and not worrying about parking. Overall place is great if you’re coming alone, with friends, or a small family. Gary was a fantastic host - super responsive and answered all my questions. I’ll be back here for sure!

They do not provide linens and that was not communicated to me prior to arrival. The stairwells are poorly lighted. The unit was clean and the manager was courteous.

Lacking amenities

Very bright light on rear door. No mini blinds. Bed was caved in the middle. Had to spray Lysol in ac to get rid of the mildew smell. No key for slider. Shower curtain had mold on it

Hi Ronald. Thank you for the feedback. Are you referring to the front door, or the rear balcony door? The balcony door has blinds, and you had to manually adjust them as necessary to block out tbe light. Had you contacted us during your stay, this would havs been easily resolved. For the bed and the AC, this was an issue with previous guests, where they damaged the bed, unknown to us, until you let us know, and has been resolved. Same with the curtain, thanks for the heads up on these! For the key for the slider, if you have asked tbe property owner, he would have told you that no one in the condo has a key for it, even we don't have it! This is unfortunately not something the owner has control over!

Whenever I need to relax, destress, or take a break in the summer, the beaches at Dennisport are my go-to escape. I enjoy swimming in the warm ocean water, tanning on the beach while reading a good book, and grabbing a delicious seafood meal and a cocktail seaside. When I get bored of the beach, I hit the hiking trails at nearby Nickerson Park, catch up with friends for a couple rounds of golf or minigolf, kayak, jetski, go biking along the scenic neighborhoods, or just walk around and peoplewatch.

It is my sincere hope that I can play a small role in helping your family create similar cherished memories full of happiness, family bonding, and pure relaxafion, as Dennisport has for my family and me!

Go to bed to the waves lulling you to sleep, wake up to the spectacular views of the calm ocean water, grab a book, cross the street, and find yourself right on the beach! Go to the market or the fish store, utilizing the kitchenette, with its fridge, microwave, cofffeemaker, stove, and utensils, to cook a nice meal, or host a BBQ, utilizing the grill and outdoor dining tables, or walk less than 15 minutes for delicious scenic seafood meals.

Need a change from swimming in warm salt water and working on your tan? Grab a couple of friends and play a few rounds of golf or minigolf, go kayaking on the Swan River, try some high-speed jetskiing, or go biking on the various trails. Get back home before dusk and take a dip in the heated swimming pool, then take a walk for an ice cream sundae, to the shopping centers to buy some beach supplies, or to simply people-watch. Catch the baseball stars of tomorrow, attending the free Cape Cod League games. Or, watch a movie, or catch up on your favorite shows with high-speed free wifi, and 2 cable TVs.

Whether you are a honeymooning couple, a retired couple looking for a relaxing getaway, or a family looking for some scenic relaxation and family bonding, my unit has you covered!
