Enjoy your stay in Historic Ybor City! This cozy unit is one part of a duplex. It is situated just 3 blocks from Ybor City's popular 7th Ave. This puts you just steps away from numerous coffee shops, bars, restaurants and the bustling night life.

Upon entering, you are greeted with a cozy, yet chic living room where you can unwind with a 55" smart TV. There is a full-sized self-inflating air mattress that can be set up in this space.

This home has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin-sized memory-foam beds and the second bedroom has a queen-sized memory-foam bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with 43" smart TV's, luggage racks, and hanger racks.

You will have a full kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee station (Keurig), and a dining table that can be extended to seat 4.

The backyard boasts a large wooden deck with seating under a canopy. There is also a communal lawn where you can mingle with your neighboring guests.

The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests will be given their own personalized code to use during their stay.

Ybor City is known for its many attractions that include coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, and nightclubs that sit on or around the famous 7th Avenue. You are situated a few blocks from the main strip so keep in mind that you may be able to hear the life of the city. Here are some walkable popular spots:

- Gaspar's Grotto
- Al's Finger Lickin' BBQ

You'll also come across chickens, roosters, and neighborhood cats. The chickens and roosters are protected by the city and do not typically linger near the property. You may also encounter some friendly and harmless neighborhood cats.

There are many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance. Traveling by car, you are just minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from some of Florida's top beaches. However, if you find yourself without a vehicle, you can take a quick stroll down to 8th ave and catch the free trolley that provides access to many essentials and attractions. Such as, Publix (nearest grocery), Tampa Aquarium, Amalie Arena, Sparkman Wharf, and Armature Works.

Security cameras are installed in the front exterior and back exterior of the property.

This is a part of a duplex so you may have neighboring guests. Please be mindful and respectful of each other.
1. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Please adhere to these times to allow for smooth transitions between guests.
- If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Occupancy:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This includes both adults and children. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host.
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the host. They must adhere to the house rules and cannot stay overnight.

3. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

4. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.

5. Noise and Disturbance:
- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, between 10pm and 7am.
- Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.

6. Cleanliness and Damages:
- Please treat the property with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or malfunctions immediately to the host.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

7. Safety and Security:
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay. Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property or going to bed.
- Do not allow strangers into the property for any reason. If you are expecting visitors, inform the host in advance.

8. Appliances and Amenities:
- Guests are welcome to use the provided appliances and amenities, such as the kitchen, washing machine, or entertainment systems, in accordance with their designated purpose.
- Please follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the host for the use of certain appliances or amenities.
- Please do not unplug and existing devices, such as routers, WiFi extenders, etc., as they are utilized to give our guests a smooth experience during their stay.

9. Parking:
- If parking is available, please follow any designated parking instructions provided by the host. Do not block driveways or other vehicles.

10. Compliance with Laws:
- Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to noise regulations, waste disposal, and any other relevant regulations applicable to the property.
