Great location!

Perfect spot for two! Close to the beach access and easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The hot-tub is an added bonus in the fall months!

Comfy studio

Great location! Tiny bathroom was a challenge but the wrap around balcony made up for it! We are planning on staying here again one day.

Great Location - Very Clean!

We had an great vacation. Liked that we could check in during the week. The view from the porch was awesome. Very close to 2 pools, beaches, amazing restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Perfect cozy spot for a beach getaway. Close to tennis courts, beach access and shopping. The view from this corner unit was fantastic. Great balcony to sit and watch the sunset

A beautiful vacation spot

Nice large balcony. Comfortable room and bed. Loved having a larger refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. Made mornings really nice. Felt secure and loved the quietness of the property. Wasn’t that far to go to the private beach. Beautiful beach!

Great location!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. The location is great and perfect for walking to Alys, Seacrest, or Rosemary. The bathroom is really very small but the large balcony makes up for it. Check in and parking was a breeze. It was very cold and we weren't in town to utilize the beach, so we never tried the access provided, but instructions were very clear. Would stay again for a short trip!

Perfect!

Everything was wonderful! Very accommodating with great communication. The unit was perfectly clean and everything we needed. The construction next door was unfortunate but not their fault. They're always building something around there. Will stay again!

Beautiful Studio Condo!

Location and views were great! Bed was super comfortable and studio was well stocked with items one may need in the kitchen. The shower is a little small which is the only downside of the property. However, it would not keep us from renting again. This was a last minute booking and we feel like we really lucked out!

Getaway weekend

We always enjoy staying in this building, The Inn At Seacrest. It’s the perfect spot between Rosemary and Alys. The spaces are small, but for two people who don’t stay in the room much, it’s perfect! The only negative with this unit is the shower is very small. The large balcony makes up for it tho!

The location is perfect and walkable to all of our favorite restaurants, shops and live music in the area. We have been vacationing here for 14 years and have discovered how to navigate the crowded beach access for this part of Seacrest. Otherwise the beach is very crowded and not as enjoyable as other parts of 30A. The Inn at Seacrest is starting to feel a little dated and in need of some upgrades including the “laundry facilities” on the first floor. Overall our condo was nice with a nice big balcony but in need of some minor repairs in the shower which is tiny as described by previous guests and we could have used a broom to keep the floor clean from sand. Overall we has an amazing trip.

Closet and bathroom need reconfiguring. There is no storage. The closet is a giant wasted box. The tiny shower and sink is sad with all the wasted space in the closet without a drawer to be found

Ok but description was a little misleading.

I found this property because I googled “beachfront” property. The listing said private beach access but it was not on the beach. You had to walk a few blocks down, cross the street, go down a paved walkway and then you reach the boardwalk down to the beach. The room was ok for 1-2 people but no more. The shower is extremely small. You can rinse off in it but that’s about it. I wouldn’t stay there again just because the shower and bathroom area are tiny. I would also recommend that the owner invest in a broom for the property to sweep the floors and an outside hose to rinse off items. The pool area was covered with ants. They were around the pool, on the chairs and in the pool.

Sun Seeker

Being an end unit on the top floor you get excellent southwest views of Alys Beach and the ocean. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the room. I have stayed at other units in this building and the extra windows on the end unit are a definate plus to have. Property is wall appointed and the bed is very comfortable. Was able to set up the table at the window as as my "office with a view" for the stay. The patio was very nice and I sat out in the evening with iPad and glass of wine. The only negative is the shower (not shown in the listing images) is very small even for an average person. If this is not important to you, the rest is worth the sacrifice. Other units I have stayed in on 30A did not have a cook-top ot dishwasher so if you like this that is a plus. The full size refrigerator makes plenty of ice and has more than ample room. I will definately book this unit again if available.

Horrible Smell in the Room - Off Gas-ing or Mold

The smell was evident when you opened the door. We tried to air out the room the first night to no avail. Contacted Host - They sent someone to the door that spoke no English to clean my room. I let them know my room was clean - just has this weird smell/order that caused us to have a headache and a sore throat. Needed to have it checked out by maintenance. Needless to say, the host was no help! I told the host, they probably needed to contact the owners, as there was definitely something wrong. My husband was under the opinion that there was mold or mildew coming for the air conditioning vent.

Great location, very pricey with fees

The communication was fine except I was sent a lengthy email the day before my travel. I did not read everything in great detail and found out once I arrived that I was expected to print out a parking pass to use. Why would the parking pass not be left in the condo, as pool and other amenity passes were. It is unreasonable to expect someone to print a parking pass and bring it with them when traveling in. The condo is fine but very small and little to no space to even get ready in the bathroom. Communication from the owner via the app was not present when I messaged but I did text a large company and got decent responses, not anything that helped with the parking pass issue immediately though. Overall the cost of the condo was fine but the fees were extreme and the condo was a good location but not worth what it cost us and the trouble overall.
