Very Modern and Upscale, 3 bedroom spacious townhouse with Private Heated Pool in the heart of the famous La Cala de Mijas, just a 5 min. walk to the beautiful La Cala beach. House is stylishly decorated and very well equipped. Spectacular communal garden facility with 2 saltwater communal pools and a children's pool. On the main level you will find a spacious Living/Dining room with a guest bathroom and an open concept fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Wall to wall glass sliding doors will lead you to the private terrace with direct access to a beautiful community garden and pools. Stylishly decorated living room has a large Smart TV with hundreds of international channels. The 2nd level of the house offers a Master bedroom with ensuite, built in wardrobe and private access to the spacious outdoor terrace with amazing views. the 2nd. and 3rd. bedrooms have full privacy and a shared bathroom. The 3rd level of the house has a big outdoor roof top with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ Grill, dinning ,outdoor shower, sun bathing area and a small heated pool. In the lower level you will find a laundry room with the washer, dryer and direct access to the garage with the private parking space.

Location of the townhouse is absolutely the best. Its located in the heart of the lovely town La Cala de Mijas which is famous for its exceptional Dining (Spanish, Indian, Italian, British, Thai cuisine and many others), Entertainment, Shopping ,Shows and festivals, Local Market and lots of other activities to keep you busy. The city of Malaga is just a 30 minute drive away, town of Fuengirola and traditional Mijas Pueblo, both just 10 minutes, and vibrant Marbella to the west approximately 15 minutes drive. La Cala de Mijas offers a perfect holiday base to go and visit other parts of the coast, the bus from the town centre can take you to Marbella and Fuengirola town centres. If you are a golf lover, then it is a dream come true. La Cala Golf, Santana Golf, El Chaparral and Mijas Golf are all located within the vicinity and offer excellent conditions for a round or two of golf. One of the best beaches on the Coast, La Cala Beach is just a 5 min. walk from the townhouse. It’s famous for its crystal-clear water, gold sand and its relaxed atmosphere. La Cala is also the favourite beach for many tourist. This beach has sunbeds, volleyball net and lots of water activities for everyone.
