Location, location, location is the highlight of this property. You have a larger deck to enjoy the view of the sound and can walk right across the street to the Gulf, which you can also see from the front upstairs bedroom. Being at the end of the road makes it much less busy and easily accessible to Ft. Pickens and the dog beach. This was a first time traveling with our dog and the property allowing dogs was a huge bonus for us. The pool is new and fabulous with a wonderful tanning deck to relax and swim lanes to get a few laps in. We relaxed in the hottub and enjoyed the views. The bathrooms are a bit small but the bedrooms and kitchen and living area are spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the extra blankets and pillows available. We had a couple of minor issues (storm repairs on deck, A/C, and tv); however the property managers quickly resolved the problems. Overall a great and comfortable condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the stay in March hoping to enjoy 3 beautiful days in Pensacola Beach area. Unfortunately, a hurricane had other things in mind. We were able to enjoy the area for 2 days but had to leave a day early to avoid the hurricane. The property was accurately described and was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the easy access to the dog beach across the street. The home was much larger than we needed for two adults but I am sure it would easily hold a lot more people comfortably.The only negative was the hot tub was hot the first night but not the second day.

Our favorite beach rental!

We absolutely loved this townhouse, our favorite beach rental yet. Perfect location and directly across from one of the dog parks, which was a huge plus for us, we bring our dogs everywhere. The townhouse was clean and had charm. Nice size kitchen and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

San De Luna

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two years ago we stayed here at the same home and it was exceptionally clean. However, this time I questioned if the place was even cleaned. For example, blood on the guest bedroom comforter, and guest bathroom floor did not look like it had been cleaned. I also realize these homes get a lot of use, but there are things that need to be taken care of. For example, carpet on stairs need to be replaced due to stains, railing on stairs needs to be painted, and flooring upstairs main bedroom that goes into bathroom. San De Luna is a great location to enjoy Pensacola Beach!

Right on the water

The property was wonderful: the view from the bed in the master bedroom was like being on a house boat. This end unit was quiet and peaceful. The unit was exactly as advertised and the location was superb.

Cozy Beach Home

Location is excellent - we actually enjoyed the sound side right outside our back door more so than the Gulf side but Gulf side is just a quick jump across the street. Having the dog park right there was also an very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Pensacola Beach Vacation

I would book again but - the only comments or drawbacks - the patio furniture cushions had mold on them and some of the interior velvet furniture needed to be cleaned
