Sea Breeze #3—Top-Floor Coastal Retreat w/ Sunset Views, Balcony & Beach Gear Included
Sea Breeze Unit #3 is a new construction 4 bedroom/2 bathroom unit that sleeps 8 (can accommodate 10 guests with the Queen-size pull-out couch). It is the top floor of a duplex with sunset views over the Gulf. Only a short walk to beach access (without crossing any streets). Walking distance to shops, ice cream stores, and restaurants. There is a pack-n-play available and all supplies needed for the beach: beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, and cooler. There is a trolley stop right outside the house to easily travel up and down Gulf Boulevard without having to drive!
*This unit is on the 3rd floor. The ground floor is parking. There is NO elevator.
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Table and 6 chairs, 4 bar chairs
Living Room: Sofa Sleeper (Queen size), loveseat, coffee table, smart TV, ceiling fan, and sliding door to the balcony.
Balcony: Dining table with 6 chairs, sitting area with 2 chairs and loveseat.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, patio doors to balcony, and a pack-n-play in the closet.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Walk-in shower and single vanity. No tub.
Bedroom #2: King-size bed, ceiling fan, 2-night tables.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity and separate room with shower/tub combo and toilet.
Bedroom #3: (2) twin-over-twin bunk beds, 2 night tables, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #4: Queen-size bed, 2 night tables, and ceiling fan.
Beach Locker: 8 beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, and umbrella.
*This property is separate from the yellow building closest to the beach and does not share amenities with that property. This property does not have a pool and does not have a private beach access. Please use the public beach access on 199th which is just a 2-minute walk!

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This unit provides 2 parking spaces. Parking is limited and there is NO guest parking.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
