Thank you very much for your kind review and helpful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you and your group enjoyed your stay with us. We appreciate you bringing the shades to our attention, and we will be sure to share this with the property owner. As outlined in your check-in instructions, there is a detailed list of items we provide, along with recommendations for what guests should bring with them. Our housekeeping team supplies a starter dishwasher pod; however, guests are responsible for any additional pods they may need. Unfortunately, they do not provide laundry soap. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future.
