From booking, to check in, to checking out Mike and Christina were wonderful at communicating and responding. Everything was easy to find and the layout was great! We enjoyed coffee in the mornings out by the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great place for our family to gather and spend time together. If we travel back to Fernandina, I would love to stay again!

Awesome property and amazing host! The house was super clean. I’ve honestly never stayed at a vacation rental that was so well stocked - kitchen, bathrooms, beach gear - plenty for 9 people! Would definitely stay again!

This place is perfect for families wanting a relaxing beach vacation! We had four adults and three small children staying in the house and we only had to bring our clothes for vacation. If you have small children, then you know how big of a blessing that is. The included pack n' play and highchair were like new made the trip that much more relaxing. Everything was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the two living areas, backyard, games, and especially the golf cart rides! The closest beach access was so easy to get to and felt almost like a private beach since it was a smaller access. We will definitely be back!

This house is absolutely beautiful! The hosts do a great job ensuring anything you could possibly need is available. They are also very helpful in suggesting local eateries and must do's while visiting. Very convenient to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Our family would definitely book again.

This is the perfect location for all things Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. Having the golf cart was just an added bonus and my grandkids loved it. The house was as advertised and plenty spacious for six adults and three grandkids. The owner was super quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, just a great experience and a great stay. Highly recommend this VRBO. Would definitely rent this again if we plan another visit to the area.

We had a great stay! Communication with our hosts was very easy and they went above and beyond when the power in neighborhood went out (nothing to do with the house!). The house was a great space for 2 families with kids. Lenny the golf cart was a wonderful addition and we used it often. Fernandina beach is peaceful with a cute downtown area to explore, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, 5 stars! Home was very clean, great location and hosts were easy to communicate with. And a highlight is the golf cart for convenient, easy, fun getting around

Vacation to remember

Girls Trip

Beautiful area. The house was immaculate and absolutely adorable. The host was amazing and communicated very well, along with checking in daily. More than enough space and Lenny (the golf cart) was a HUGE added bonus. We loved everything about our stay!

Nice, well-kept property

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pink Pheasant! The property was just as advertised and very nicely maintained. We loved using Lenny the golf cart to get around. The property was just a short drive from the beach or the downtown shops and restaurants. Amelia Island is a gem. We will definitely be back!

Great spot with golf cart

Lenny the lime green golf cart was the bright spot of this rental! Very cute, well appointed and designed, comfortable place. Nice towels. Lots of beach towels and toys and chairs available for use. Hosts very, very communicative. We had a nice stay!

End of Summer Get-Away

We visited family in the area and stayed at this property for a beach retreat before heading back to the Northeast for the start of school. The location was perfect. The property was clean, close to the beach and other adventures. Easy communication with owner and everything was exactly as described. Perfect for families. Access to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Beach is a 5 minute drive.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like home the moment we walked in. Having two king bedrooms was a huge plus for our family, and everyone had plenty of space to relax.The real MVP of the trip was Lenny, the lime green golf cart. It made getting to the beach and downtown Fernandina Beach quick, easy, and fun—definitely a highlight for the kids and adults alike.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the fire pit out back was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Our stay at the Pink Pheasant Home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, welcoming, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. Having “Lenny,” the 6-person golf cart, was such a fun and convenient bonus that made getting around a breeze.The backyard truly felt like our own private oasis, complete with a cozy fire pit, rocking chairs, plenty of lounge seating, and great patio furniture. We loved spending time outside playing the outdoor games provided—it made for so many fun family moments.Inside, the layout was fantastic with two separate living rooms, which was a game-changer! The men got their football time, while the kids had their own space to play and unwind.This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t recommend it enough. We can’t wait to come back!

Our long weekend on Amelia Island was made even more memorable by this wonderful property. Five high school friends gathered to celebrate all of us turning 60 this year, and the house was the perfect setting for laughter, reminiscing, and making new memories. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large stove, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything needed for those who prefer to cook. The backyard was lovely, and although we didn't use the firepit, it was a wonderful place to gather and relax. The showers had great water pressure and consistent temperature, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ceiling fans throughout added extra comfort. Excellent laundry facilities and access to the golf cart were big pluses.The location was ideal-an easy trip to both the charming downtown area and the beach (we found Main Beach especially convenient for parking). Nearby walking trails were another bonus.The hosts' communication was outstanding before our arrival, and we appreciated their follow-up message after check-in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Checkout was clear and easy.A fun surprise: two bedrooms featured mirrors that somehow made us look taller and a bit slimmer! They became a source of much amusement, and a few selfies were definitely taken.We highly recommend this property and its hosts. A comfortable, well-appointed home!
