Step inside and be greeted by an inviting and beautifully furnished living area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day spent in the sun and the sand. The living room features comfortable seating, a large TV, and picturesque windows that showcase breathtaking views of the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample countertop space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks at your convenience. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area or dine al fresco on the private balcony, where you can savor the gentle sea breeze and panoramic ocean views.

The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with cozy bedding and an en-suite bathroom. Wake up daily to the sight and sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The additional bedrooms are equally comfortable with easy access to the other well-appointed bathrooms.

Outside, indulge in a variety of brilliant shared amenities including; direct beach access, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and reserved parking.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
