Tierra Verde and Fort DeSoto State Park are just a few short minutes down the road as well. Head back inland and take in the many museums, sightseeing, shopping, historic, and artistic throughout the rich St. Petersburg/Tampa area. Other nearby hotspots are; Pass-a-grille, Treasure Island, and Madeira Beach. There are lots of great sporting events and professional teams here to enjoy as well!
