The front desk attendant was incredibly nice and welcoming! Building was super clean as was our room! The location was ideal and exactly where we wanted! We had an amazing stay and definitely plan on booking it again for our next Branson trip!

In a nutshell, it was an OK place if all you do there is sleep & bathe.Prior to our departure, I attempted to contact the owner two or three times, but never received a response.The outside of the building looks lovely. Sadly, it goes downhill from there.Upon check-in, the desk staff were civil, but not overly friendly. We were warned by another guest to avoid one of the elevators as they had been trapped for a half an hour in that elevator. It didn’t get fixed the week we were there.The room was clean, but one of the doors on a kitchen cupboard was broken, & the fan in the bathroom ceiling wasn’t mounted to anything. It simply rested on the ceiling tile that had a square cut in it slightly smaller than the fan unit itself. The fan cover prevented opening one of the upper cabinet doors in the bathroom. We made a maintenance request, but no repairs were made while we were there.The kitchen isn’t outfitted with enough items to be able to actually prepare & serve any meals. There was only one small serving bowl that would barely hold enough food to serve 2 people. No other serving dishes were available. The dinnerware is Melmac and not able to be used in the microwave (a sign is posted on the inside of the cupboard door telling guests not to put any of the dishes in the microwave). If you are looking for a place to stay that provides the majority of amenities a home would have, unfortunately, this is not the place to stay.

Good room for price

We enjoyed the kitchen facilities so we could cook our meals. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was good too. Elizabeth at the front counter was nice and helpful when i needed help.

Home away from home

We were happy with our 1 bedroom apartment, halls were quiet and clean, all appliances were in great shape. Only thing that was missing was a hair dryer.

Great location

Great location. Needed a little love (some flooring was loose in kitchen, fridge needed cleaning, little stuff like that). At check in, we were told that we needed to go to another desk to get a parking pass, only to find out it was a ticket pusher/time share seller. We didnt need a pass for the car. He wasnt happy about taking no for an answer. It was just me and my son doing a short get away, but our neighbors were late night partiers. So that was a drawback.
