This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4, with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. There is also a ski locker available for guest use. The living area has a flat screen Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. The sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Walked into the condo and first thing we saw was the oven light on and the red “element on”

Thank you for your review! We can confirm there was a small issue with the stove that caused the over light on to indicate it was heating, however there was a short with the mother board that caused the light to be on and in fact the oven was not on at all. We are happy to report that this issue has been fixed and everything is working properly!

The room was close to slopes, the property manager was quick to respond to all inquires, the elevator was broken for 2 of 4 days which was not ideal, luckily it was fixed when checking out, the only concern was the lockbox to get our initial keys to room was unlocked and could be accessed by anyone.

We also appreciate your patience with the elevator outage; while that is managed by the building HOA, we understand how inconvenient it can be and are happy it was resolved before your departure. Regarding the lockbox, we do want to clarify that access codes are only provided directly to incoming guests, and the information included in on-site packets is intentionally kept general for security purposes. All detailed check-in instructions, including lockbox access, are sent via secure text message prior to arrival. That said, we take your concern seriously and will follow up to ensure everything was functioning as intended. Quiet and Convenient

Construction across the street impedes the view. The place was clean and comfortable. Management company was attentive and quick to respond. Great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights in February. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is awesome, only a few minutes walk to the gondola and village. Check-in was easy, and the onsite parking was great. We did not have a chance to use any of the facilities (pool, gym, ski locker, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and had convenient access to the village and skiing. It is a bit of a walk to both, so definitely not ski in ski out. We used the free ski check at the gondola, so we could come in for lunch, bi-passing the crowds at the cafeterias and restaurants. The only issue we had was a dining room light fixture which flickered badly, couldn't use. It was also unclear in the directions on how to enter the parking garage and use of elevator to unload.

Awful experience

The unit smelled like cigarettes, trash was left by previous guest, tub does not drain, sheets were dirty, gym had no towels, no water, and no cleaning materials to wipe down equipment. Completely dissatisfied.
