Lav en splash på denne "Up North" 1950 vintage kabine stil hjem på 100 fødder af smukke Long Lake. Denne placering kan ikke være beat for en familie indsamling sammen i sommeren eller en weekend sæsonbestemt flugt. Blot få minutter fra downtown Traverse City, denne årgang sommerhus har en stor "skridt tilbage i tiden" føler det, men har også mange aktuelle opdateringer at gøre for et behageligt ophold. Nedenunder - den tredje soveværelse har 1 dronning, og fjerde soveværelse har en fuld. Sovesofa i lavere niveau i rummelige alrum m / TV. De, der har boet på Splash i de forløbne år vil blive glædeligt overrasket med den nylige remodeling i det lavere niveau, samt opdateringer gennem ud af huset! Vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Op til 17 'båd 3000 lbs. Max). Ingen binding til dock. Badeplatform og en rækkebåd til noget fiskeri sjov er inkluderet (Dock anbringes i slutningen af ​​foråret, efter at isen bryder op og fjernes i slutningen af ​​september). The house was spacious, cozy, and situated on a beautiful piece of property a few steps from the water. The dock in the pictures wasn't in (I assume because we stayed early in the summer) but we still thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the water and relaxing. Location was great too, only about 15 minutes from downtown TC and close to a couple golf courses so it worked out nicely for a golf weekend.

Beautiful location . . . but, no chairs to sit down by the water, luckily we brought some from home. We went grocery shopping and had some snacks on the counter, sealed up, and we woke up to ants in our food. It's an older property but the kitchen is updated. Couch is very worn and not very inviting. My husband and grandson got bad swimmers itch from the lake. Overall, we thought it was overpriced for the property, I guess because it's so close to Traverse City. We would not return.

Exactly as described and great stay

This is an oversized 50s cabin right on the water that we stayed at in the dead of winter. It is very charming and includes most of the original features. Everything works, beds are comfy, and we had a great stay!

Fun lakefront vacation get-away!

Quiet lakefront cottage on Long Lake within short driving distance to Traverse City. Plenty of room to spread out, enjoy a bonfire and dine in or explore the local attractions.

Reviewer Comments: Ok but things didn’t work like tv in main room coffee put had a sign on it that it was broken luckily I was able to get ahold of management they sent over a new one , but I was surprised the cleaning lady didn’t report or replace it the floors were sticky and two of the fans were shot otherwise was pleasant.

Guys Retreat Weekend

Lovely property for our family! The kitchen, however, was ill-supplied i.e. lots of mis-matched and/or lidless old pots and pans, all poorly organized - we had to search to find two decent fry pans, only one of which had a lid, and there are lots of spacious cabinets, largely empty, to search through. The kitchen table overlooking the lake was wonderful - we played a lot of cribbage there - and the little desk nook was perfect for our laptop. What a beautiful lake, and if the weather had cooperated we would have spent most of our time outdoors - unfortunately it was very cold and rainy. So nice to have a fireplace and lots of wood to take the chill off - a much-appreciated warm and cozy up-north vibe.

Lovely Long Lake property

Great neighborhood, wonderful lake. Location is very convenient to Traverse City and Interlochen. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, a massive storm blew through the area and destroyed the dock just before we arrived. So, we were not able to take full advantage of the property. The owner/management company did what they could to address our concerns.

The place was just as described and we all had a great time staying there. Access to the lake was a little tricky but it's winter in Michigan. We shoveled a little snow and cleared a good path to the lake. If only the fish would have been biting....

Long Lake Dreamin'

Splash Landing easily accommodates all of us, our boat, our assembled toys and games. It is on a lovely, quiet setting and with a park nearby, allows the kids do their own thing. It's proximity to Traverse, groceries and restaurants makes for a well-rounded vacation. We love the up north feel of the house and the homage to H. Clarence Frye gives a true sense of family tradition. Hope to make it part of ours, as well!

This was a last minute booking so I was worried we wouldn't like the house. It was a really good deal. We pulled up after my mom and brother had gotten there and my mom walked out with a thumbs up. She immediately said I love this place! It's an older home, but a feel of a cottage. My husband and two kids (age 6 and 8) all had a great time. We had a fire and the kids loved picking a room. My mom said she would love to rent this house again. Thank you!

Great cabin for family

We had a great time here with the family. The location was nice. Close to traverse city ($15 Uber) and the dunes (30 minute drive), but also right on long lake, so plenty to do right at the dock for kids and adults. The tiny little beach on the property is nice and sandy for swimming and the little rowboat provided was great for fishing or getting out on the lake to watch the sunset. Nice fire pit area and plenty of chairs/tables for the whole family as well. It is a cabin and not a luxury home so pretty rustic, but that is exactly what we expected from the listing. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and we had all the cooking basics that we needed in the kitchen. There were lots of fans and a nice breeze so the lack of AC (even on the one 80 degree day we had) didn’t really matter. The neighborhood was also nice for walks and runs. Very cute and quiet. Overall really loved our stay here.
