Other things to note:

Please note that this house, built in the 1800s, is a historic/ older home; therefore, this condo has a lot of character and quirks, and we do not have all the modern amenities. Additionally, we cannot overload the electricity capacity. Many of our guests appreciate the location, coziness, and sleeping capacity.

~EV vehicles must charge at the town's EV charging station located by the Hot Springs parking lot, not at the property.

We are a Vacation Rental Management Company, not a private host. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold a security deposit before your arrival outside the booking platform. The security deposit will be released upon inspection 3-4 business days after your departure.

Due to a quick change of plans, we could only stay one night, and we are grateful that the host was okay with this. This property was wonderful. It was fully stocked, very clean, and located perfectly for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This place is on Main Street super close to the city hot springs and plenty of restaurants. The upstairs has three beds and was perfect for our kids.

Main Street Location

We enjoyed our family stay for a few nights in summer time. It’s a quaint, historic upper condo with another rental unit below. We stayed with our three young children under age 6. We didn’t have to drive at all during our stay and simply walked to Box Canon, Perimeter Trail, Cascade Falls and downtown. The back deck abuts the community open space with a playground and the Hot Springs.Few notes that may prove helpful:Bathroom is on main level, so upstairs loft guests need to navigate stairs at night if need to access.There could be more setting on patio for the allotted six guests, not just four chairs. Same for inside the house for living room seating. It has a tight living space, but they seem to have done the best they can with the limited space. There is live music in June in the open space park next to the house. It’s very very loud until 6-10:30pm. It’s listed to stop at 10pm but after the live musics stopped loud techno music remained on during clean up. The music shook the windows and fixtures inside the condo. This is seasonal, but something that was unexpected with both positive and negative impacts. I imagine the entire valley is loud that night but being immediately next to the park made the noise a disruption.

Very clean and get location

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean, lots of extra towels for the hot springs, and great location for walking around town. Host was very responsive. Noticed the ottoman in the living room was broken (top not attached) and all screws were missing which was dangerous.

Majestic Mountain Get-Away

You have a great mountain location. Short walk to downtown and an even shorter walk to the hot springs. Beautiful mountain views from the deck. Box Canyon falls was amazing. Thanks for a great comfy stay. We look forward to future family trips.

Great place to stay. Room very clean and staff very friendly. Ouray Hot Springs very close by and was so relaxing. Breakfast was a real treat and savings. Two eggs, two slices of bacon, two sausage patties, two slices of toast, coffee, apple juice or orange juice. Totally satisfied.

Great property and location

This is a great property with a great location. It was fully stocked and clean. There is space to sleep a lot of people with comfortable beds. We were very satisfied with the condo and had a great time in Ouray.

Ouray Hot Spring House-Upper Level: Awesome Location and Views

We were pleasantly surprised to find this location within easy walking distance to downtown eateries, Hot Springs, and shops. Box Canon Falls and Cascade Falls were within walking/hiking distance for us. We were the occupants of the upper level of the residence. There was an outside entrance, with two sections of stairs, nine steps to each section, to reach an outside deck/entry door. The living quarters, consisting of two levels, were adequate and the staples for the kitchen were available. We loved the framed photos of what appeared to be local scenery. There was one one bedroom on the main level of the upper residence which would sleep two, a sleeper sofa which would sleep two, a laundry room, and a large bathroom. The second level contained sleeping quarters for at least four persons. We found everything we needed to be available inside the residence, it was fully furnished, and extremely clean. We experienced one issue with the entryway door upon arrival. One telephone call to our contact number and the issue was immediately answered/corrected. Operator error on my part. Due to the proximity of the residence to Main Street, traffic noise was unavoidable but nothing that we considered to be deal breaking. The views from the outside deck were phenomenal, there was a wrought iron table and four chairs which we used in the evening to star gaze and a gas grill. There is no doubt that we would return to this same location for another visit to Ouray, Colorado. It's "comfy'.

Beautiful Ouray

We had a difficult time getting the TV to work initially, but after that "speedbump,"things went really well. The apartment is clean, and the kitchen is excellent. Its location is superb, overlooking the town park that borders the Hot Springs Pool, with twenty or so mule deer coming out to graze at night. We had a good time visiting Ouray, we always do, it's really a very special place.

Perfect little getaway

Came to Ouray to do the Imogene Pass Run, with the route change this year, we ended up finishing the race on our VRBO doorstep. Amazing views from the patio, walking distance to everything. We loved it

Great Access to Downtown Ouray!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights with my in-laws and we were very pleased to see that the space was just as advertised. It was very clean for being a pet friendly property and had a nice large bathroom that was comfortable for four adults to share. The best part about our stay was how easy it was to walk to downtown Ouray for a bite to eat or some shopping. If you are looking for a pet friendly space that is close to downtown Ouray and the hot springs, this is the place for you!

Great Location!

The place was beautiful! I took my parents to experience a place that they had never been to before, and they really enjoyed their stay. It was a bonus that I got to bring my dog along to explore. Check-in instructions were easy, place was clean, all the amenities we required for the weekend were available. Would stay here again!
