The first guest bedroom features a queen‑size bed, TV, and en‑suite bathroom, while the upstairs guest bedroom offers a king‑size bed, TV, ample closet space, and a private balcony. Its bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door.

The upstairs loft is a bright, comfortable space perfect for morning coffee, reading, or quiet downtime. A convertible hideaway wall‑bed folds out to a full‑size queen, ideal for children under 12. The home sleeps six adults and two children comfortably, and the city allows two additional guests under age 12.

As a guest of Miralon, you'll enjoy access to exceptional community amenities, including miles of walking and biking trails, scenic dog parks, a large lap pool, a resort‑style family pool and Jacuzzi, bocce ball courts, and a state‑of‑the‑art fitness center.

Please note: Miralon is a new development, and construction activity may occur nearby. Guests should expect occasional noise or increased traffic on certain days.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am, and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we'll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Please review your agreement carefully for important local regulations. We want you to enjoy your stay with no surprises, and we're here to help every step of the way.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August and September)

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
