Construction Notice
Beginning August 2025 and continuing until further notice, the complex is performing spalling repairs on stair landings and walkways throughout the property. Work includes removing damaged concrete, cleaning and protecting exposed steel rebar, applying high-strength grout, and repainting repaired areas. Guests may notice construction activity in some areas during this time.

Great accommodations

The condo worked out very well for our family vacation, loved the heated pool for the grand kids who learned how to swim in it:) Good location for us.

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at Country Club Villas before so we know the location is great for our purposes. The supermarket and drug store are really close, the view from the Lanai is fantastic, but watch out for bad golfers as the golf course is right there. There was some snorkeling gear and pool toys in the closet and we had a wonderful time. I have stayed here before and will again.
