Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in the bathroom
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. One additional car allowed on a first come, first serve basis in unmarked/visitor parking spot. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pools onsite (3 Pools)
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Tennis: Tennis Courts onsite

Kanaloa 303 is located in Building 3 at Kanaloa. There are a few stairs leading to the front door and then a longer staircase to the interior main living level. There is another full flight of stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Your perfect location for an amazing Big Island vacation!

Kanalaoa is a beautiful and well maintained gated condominium community in the Keauhou Area of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Kanaloa Community is situated along the ocean. Located south of Kailua-Kona town on the ocean in the heart of Keauhou. Amazing beaches adjacent to Kanaloa and within a few miles. Keauhou Shopping center with grocery shopping and restaurant also within a few miles.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
