Beautiful 4-bedroom house with a large pool and spectacular views overlooking the ocean, the Rio Mar resort, Luquillo, and the El Yunque rainforest. Nestled between two of the island's best beach resorts and around the corner from the famous Richie's Restaurant, this house is near everything. Minutes from the rainforest, the best beaches, championship golf resorts, dozens of restaurants, and other of the best PR attractions. It is just 35 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Old San Juan.
Newly renovated with a large new pool and a massive terrace with 22-mile views to the east. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Culebra. Additional beautiful ocean views await you on the back patio and the front porch. If you ever tire of the views, there is an 84" TV in the living room and an additional sitting room with another large TV and games for the kids.
The house can sleep up to 10 adults or 12 total with four kids in the two full-size bunk beds. There is a cook's kitchen and the house is fully equipped for children with a travel crib, high chair, car seat, and baby gates.
This house has everything, including a fully equipped office space, laundry, and a large standby generator.

If the property is forecast to be in the path of a named tropical storm or hurricane the guest may cancel their reservation and have their deposits refunded less any booking fees or taxes charged by Vrbo if they are not refundable by Vrbo. At the feet of the El Yunque Rainforest, this area is the tropical end of Puerto Rico, close to the best that PR has to offer. Luquillo Beach, the Kioscos, the Rainforest, two PGA golf courses, Zipline, ATV, equestrian adventures, and the bio bay are all within sight of this property.
