Summary:
Escape to our quiet little studio apartment, hidden away just off the main street, where you will find all the comforts of home! A perfect nest for one or two guests, with a full kitchen, living area, spacious bedroom area, and bathroom. Enjoy fresh cookies from the cookie truck only steps away! Just a few minutes from Downtown, Ybor, the Airport and much more!

The Space:
A brightly decorated studio apartment that we've taken care to ensure will be as comfortable as possible. The couch has a table behind it with ports for charging tech and a lamp for reading, and cushions in front of it for lounging. We've stocked the kitchen with everything you need for cooking and serving dinner, and the full size appliances are suited for that as well. In the sleeping area, the nightstands next to the bed have places to plug things in, and the lamps are wireless chargers! The TV is big enough to see from everywhere in the apartment (except for the bathroom, sorry!) The entire apartment is well lit with both natural and lamp light, and the closet and bench provide plenty of places to store your belongings.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to 1 parking space, and the entire apartment all to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
Tampa in general has some fantastic restaurants and shops. This neighborhood (Seminole Heights) is known for our independent gourmet foodie restaurants. We have some spectacular bars and restaurants, a good amount of which are within 3-6 blocks away! Walk down and get some coffee/breakfast in the morning, dinner/drinks at night, and even fresh Cuban bread at the 24 hour bakery that’s on Florida Ave! 15min to airport, 5-10min to downtown/convention center, 5 min to Armature Works, 15 min to Moffit, 10 min to Ybor City, 20-50 min to beaches (depending on beach) and 15 min to Busch Gardens.

Getting Around:
Plenty of stuff is walking distance but if you’d like to explore the entire city you should probably rent/bring a car, though Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Other Things to Note:
We have excellent high speed WiFi, and a Roku TV with an antenna attached in the living room.
