Faldskønhed, den spektakulære udsigt i nærheden, en vandresti på syne, vandløb, nærliggende søer og vandrestier. Dette er en fantastisk central Adirondack placering. Gore gondol og mountainbike gennem efteråret.

Vinterattraktioner og Gore (9 minutters kørsel) Dette er et meget rent og friskt hus! Vi tilbyder sæsonbestemt leje. Ski Gore, nyd efterårets løv, flugt om sommeren.

Fantastisk central beliggenhed til mange attraktioner. Husets adgang overfor Mill Stream og 6 miles til Gore Mountain .. Dette hus har alt hvad du behøver for at slappe af i komfort, mens du nyder Adirondack-bjergene og landskaber.

Huset sidder alene, men er ikke helt isoleret og er let tilgængeligt hele året. Dette er et originalt Adirondack hemlock-plankehus, der er blevet totalrenoveret.

The house was everything advertised and had everything we needed. Arleen takes her job as host seriously and communicated with us very well before our arrival about house and local activities details! The gifts she had awaiting us and our grandsons arrival was a very appreciated surprise. The large property out back was a special extra and we enjoyed it greatly. Highly recommended as a base of operations for an Adirondack vacation

Great place to stay!

The house is VERY clean and on a beautiful and private property. We look forward to vacationing at this property in the near future. The host, Arleen, was more than helpful with any questions we had including near by things to see and do.

Great house in a great location. The house is as described in the listing with plenty of space for a family. Only a few minutes drive to Gore Mountain for easy skiing. The hosts were friendly and communicative, easy check-in and check-out. My children both said they want to come back again.

Great Getaway

The property is fantastic for all ages, so much to do. The house is beautiful and very clean. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place!

This place is great! Me, wife, 3 kids (6, , 11, 13). Really enjoyed it. House is incredibly well kept and property is magnificent.

Outstanding host/clean/easy access to skiing

Arleen is easily the most responsive and helpful host on VRBO. Home is clean, comfortable, and easy access Gore mountain skiing. Will absolutely come back again soon.

A Wonderful Place

Terrific vacation spot

This house was just what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable with Adirondack charm! Great location for exploring. Arleen was a fantastic hostess- very welcoming & responsive. She provided great recommendations for activities & was so helpful. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Comfortable and Cozy Cottage by Gore

Arleen’s clean and cozy cottage, with comfortable bedding and a well-stocked kitchen, was perfect for family meals. Located just 15 minutes from Gore Mountain, it made for an ideal ski getaway. Her thoroughness and attentiveness throughout our stay made this a memorable family trip. Thank you, Arleen, and we hope to return in the near future!

Amazing snowy getaway

What a treat to find this place! Just the right size for our family of five, cozy and good movie-watching and close to Gore for skiing. And a large user-friendly kitchen! Arleen was very helpful, especially helping us navigate a big snowstorm that threatened to undo our plans, but, thanks to her, enhanced the whole trip. Would love to stay here again!

Peaceful Beauty…

A beautiful and peaceful late summer getaway, we found the house to be immaculate with a very well appointed kitchen — and the owner even left us a lovely set of coloring books and markers to enjoy on a rainy day. The property itself is a wonderful treasure of trails behind the house.

Gore Mountain Ski Trip

We stayed at this beautiful Hemlock Plank house in Wevertown for our annual February ski trip- it is a beautiful house, 10 minutes from Gore Mountain. We enjoyed our stay, were able to cook our meals to reduce the cost and had plenty of room to give each other some space when needed. With three bedrooms and 2 baths it afforded the amenities needed for my family of 5. Laundry facilities on premise made it easy to clean layers needed for skiing without having to run into town. Would definitely stay here again the next time we choose Gore for our winter ski trip.

Ski weekend

First of all, the location of this property is not to be beaten. 10 min to Gore Mountain! The place was spectacular. Clean, spacious, bright and chock full of items you might need! The property manager was a doll, so easy to work with, helpful, and attentive. She even left goodies for our family! It's a 10/10! Thank you Arleen!

Very Nice House and Friendly Owner

My friends and I spent the July 4th weekend at this house. The house was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The house also has many great features not mentioned in the description, which includes a fire pit, a BBQ grill and a big backyard where we could play badminton and volleyball. The owner, Arleen was very friendly. She provided many suggestions for activities around the house. Also, Arleen was very quick and patient in answering our questions before and during our stay. We will definitely stay at this house when we visit the area again.

When the Wevertown Tannery was a big draw in the 1800's, this early hemlock house with its steadfast solid rock foundation was built. Many generations of Adirondackers have loved and cared for the property. It has had a long history, and thank you for becoming a part of it.

5 star stay!

What a wonderful stay we had! The house was immaculate and was just as advertised. The kitchen was better equipped than my own! We walked in to a welcome card and gifts which set the tone for a terrific trip. Arleen was always available if needed and very communicative. There was a huge storm the day before we arrived which knocked out the tv and internet. She personally drove to the property to fix it because a repairman would not be able to come for several days. It’s a little further away from Lake George than I would like to have been but our stay was fantastic. Thank you Arleen!

Great house!

We had a girls trip and wanted some thing quiet! This house is so clean and homey! Decorated perfectly. Everything was clean and comfortable! We had an issue with the hot water but the property manager was quick to answer and was so helpful with local things to do! Definitely recommend!

Dreamy Gore skiing weekend

This house was a 10-15 minute drive from Gore, and it was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The kitchen had quality cookware, plates, utensils, etc., so we were able to cook our meals and dine very comfortably (adjacent dining area seats 6 people easily). The beds were also very comfortable. We've stayed in lots of rental properties over the years, and this was obviously a house whose owner/manager attends to every detail and maintains the house. Arleen, the manager, was extremely communicative, attentive and helpful. We would happily return to stay there again!

Nice winter getaway

We had a great experience with the owner. We were looking for a place near Gore Mountain for a weekend getaway. The property is a little off the beaten path but convenient for our purposes. We took advantage of the large property to explore the area. Some of the establishments in the area were closed, so that was a challenge to find places to eat when we didn’t want to cook. But the kitchen was well stocked when we did cook. Some of the outdoor amenities (like the grill) were not available because of the season. The owner checked on us daily and was reachable by text when necessary.
