Perfect and convenient

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was incredibly clean, located right across from the beach and very safe and secure. Very spacious and well layed out as well. In addition, the staff at the property were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Great Location and Property.

Was a great stay outside of ongoing construction which we weren’t aware of going in. Customer service was excellent and quick at fixing minor issues we had. Stayed with a family with small children, teens and adults and was great for all.

Very well kept

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo in Destin! The unit was incredibly well kept—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. One of the highlights was definitely the wraparound balcony. The views were great, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location was convenient, and minutes from the beach. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoy time at the beach and nearby entertainment!

We loved this space and Harbor Landing in general. The pool was nice (I should add it was not heated as we were told so it was pretty cold for early April) but the pool is very nice regardless. The room was very spacious and open, the balconies are huge. The rooms were all spacious and offered enough bedding as specified. My only complaints were that the floors were a bit dirty as if they weren’t mopped and the master bathtub did not hold water, the stopper didn’t work, so it was hard to bathe a 1 year old! The beach access is about 2 blocks down and it was easy to access and a short walk. The overflow parking wasn’t the most convenient but it didn’t hinder our stay for the week and it wasn’t hard to get to either.Overall we would highly recommend and will be coming back to harbor landing. It was a beautiful place with really all the things you need for cooking and laundry and even some toiletries!

Property is very spacious and conveniently located with very close to beach. There is construction going on in the building which we did not know. Some things like coffee pods, creamer, sugar and salt should be made available in the unit. Having beach equipment like surf boards and other kids stuff was nice...

Amazing property and location

We loved our time here as a family and had plenty of room to get comfy. The wraparound balcony is especially amazing! The location is right across the street from the beach (and your private beach boardwalk.) FYI, you will have to then walk to the public part of the beach to set up but it isn’t bad at all. Also, because you’re near a bunch of private beach areas, the amount of people is vastly lower than other areas of the beach. Super nice!! There’s a restaurant about an 8-10 min walk east of your boardwalk entrance called Sand Flea that had great lunch! The only issues we had with the rental were the cleanliness/working order of things. This place is managed by a rental company so I don’t want this review to negatively impact the owners but I feel it needs to be brought up. The floor had not been mopped and left our feet/bottoms of our shoes looking like we were walking in a parking lot. The master bathroom tub didn’t hold water which made bathing a toddler difficult and the bathroom light was out which left it quite dark if you had the toilet room closed. Overall, a great weekend.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed review, Rob! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and loved the wraparound balcony and beachfront location. It's wonderful that you were able to experience the quieter section of beach and discovered Sand Flea restaurant - great finds! Your feedback about the floor cleaning, the master bathroom tub, and the bathroom light is invaluable to us. We take these concerns very seriously and will be addressing them immediately with our property management team to ensure these issues are resolved for future guests. Had this been brought up during your stay I'm sure it would have been quickly rectified. We truly appreciate guests like you who provide constructive feedback, as it helps us maintain the high standards our property deserves. We're so glad that despite these issues, you still had a great weekend with your family. Thank you again for choosing our property, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future!
