Gorgeous, recently updated, very spacious first floor three bedroom, three-bath condominium offers more than 1,750 square feet of living space and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, the living area and generous patio. Fully appointed kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, eat-in breakfast area, microwave, Keurig, 12 cup coffee pot, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master en suite with soaking tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. Pack and play as well as 2 booster seats available in unit.

Master Bedroom: Separate patio access, King size bed with new mattress and pillows, 36" TV, 5 disc DVD player, reading area
Second Bedroom: King-size bed with new pillows, 55" TV, en suite bath with tub/shower combination
Third Bedroom: Queen and two twin bunk beds all with new pillows, separate hall bath with tub/shower combination, 26" wall-mounted TV
Living Room: Full-size sofa, love seat and electric recliner, 65" TV w/ sound bar, DVD player, Games, Puzzles
Dining room: Full-size table with 6 chairs, kitchen bar with 3 stools
Patio: Closet storage with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and fishing poles.

Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, No motorcycles, boats, wave runners, RVs, or trailers. Books 3-night minimum

PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM
***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off-site.

Everything was great except for the dead bolts on family room door and master bedroom door and locks need to be replaced. Understandable due to the salt conditions. Everyone had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was awesome. There were 6 adults and one infant. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with every beach accessory needed. It had a pack n play for the infant to sleep in and an infant chair for feeding. The outdoor closest was filled with anything needed for the beach. This is the 3rd time staying at the condo and this was by far THE BEST !!!

It’s quiet and dark at night so you can see the stars. Just a short drive to grocery stores or town. Excellent place to stay with kids.

You can hear and see the gulf from the back patio, they even had something we could take down to the beach with us to play with. The owner was easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room that everyone could have their own space. I would recommend this condo to anyone, and it was a perfect family destination.

Great Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very nice and very clean! We loved that the pier was just walking distance from the back porch so very easy access from the beach. There was also a water hose there so we could keep the sand off of ourselves and our beach toy/chairs. The only down side was the young child that ran everywhere above us because you could hear every running footstep. Over all great experience!
