We are having so much fun with our 1st house we decided to list another one. The guests have been amazing and so much fun!

We designed this house with comfort in mind, not rental income.
We stay here when we come to Arizona, I made it as comfortable as I would want a vacation house to be. Brand new, comfy sofas, soft linens and quality towels, comfortable mattresses. Everything you should need for your stay in the kitchen.
It will also be stocked for your entire stay with toilet paper, coffee, shampoo and condition, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags etc...
I don't believe guests should have to run to the store because they ran out of trash bags or anything else.


This listing is for the entire home including the private backyard with fence, swimming pool (free heating/cooling), hot tub, patio area, and barbecue grill. The home is 2900 square feet, newly furnished with coastal decor and plenty of space for you to relax. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
Recently renovated backyard. Brand new hot tub, turf and palm trees!

No pets, smoking inside, parties or events. Must be 25 to rent, must be willing to provide proof of age.
No pets allowed. We have people that are deathly allergic to pet hair. If you have an animal, this is not the best house for you. If you bring in an animal, you will be charged a $500 service fee for extra cleaning. Please do not bring an animal.
Unfortunately, the fireplace is not working.

Master bedroom (main floor) w/ King size bed, ensuite bathroom w/ dual sinks, shower and soaker bathtub, massive walk-in closet on main level.
Pack and play with a bassinet.
Guest bedroom 2 (2nd floor) 1 king size bed.
Guest bedroom 3 (2nd floor) 1 queen size bed.

Additional Full Guest bathroom on the second floor.

5 large Amazon Fire tv's throughout the house, ready to stream your favorite movies or shows.

iPhone chargers and Apple Watch chargers in the bedrooms.

Open kitchen area, granite counters, a huge kitchen island and 4 counter stools.
Kitchen table seats 8.
Toaster oven, blender, coffee pot and coffee, toaster, all the utensils and tableware you need.
Large open family room, and large loft area, room to spread out!
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner are also available.
I do not require you to clean before checking out. You already pay a cleaning fee for that.
Driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Garage can accommodate 2 (small to medium sized) cars.

Patio seating with a fire table. Also, a lounge swing, perfect for a siesta:)

This home is in a VERY quiet and peaceful neighborhood. very family friendly. I cannot stress enough, this is not a party house. This is not a house to be loud and unruly. This is not a house to come together with heavy drinking. This is a family home and a family neighborhood, with small children living next door. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

POOL:
The pool was recently renovated. Brand new heater/cooler and equipment. The pool was also resurfaced a sparkling blue!
This is a standard pool. About 3 feet on the shallow end, slopes down to over 6ft in the deep end. It also has a waterfall feature.
Lounge chairs, pool floaties, goggles, sunscreen, beach towels. Enough for the whole group.
The pool water can easily get uncomfortably warm in the summer with temps so high (think a warm bath). Our pool has a cooler that can make the water a more refreshing temperature.

There is NO security gate for the pool, please be aware if you are bringing young children. There is an alarm on the sliding door and also the patio door is made to be difficult to open to deter children, but it may not stop your child if they are strong enough.
Free Heating/Cooling.
*Please note: The pool heater relies on the ambient air temperature. If it is very cold outside, the pool may not get up to temps that you expect. Please reach out with any questions.

PUTTING GREEN:
Clubs and golf balls available.

The home is located near the White Tank Mountain Regional Park, great hiking!
Close to Phoenix International Raceway, and 18 miles from Glendale Stadium, home of this Year's Superbowl!
Surprise is home to the Southwest's largest tennis & racquet complexes, professionally designed golf courses, an urban fishing lake & aquatic center. Each spring, our population explodes when we welcome the Kansas City Royals &Texas Rangers and many others during Spring Training!
