Nestled in the Moran Prairie neighborhood, you will be within close distance of all of downtown's amusements, city parks, playgrounds, convenience stores, hospitals, and The Southside Family Aquatic Center.

On days that you don't want to go far from your retreat, simply head outside and enjoy the spacious backyard's private seasonal pool, gas grill, covered deck with a fire table, and firepit - all lined by mature landscaping.

As you walk inside your home away from home, you'll instantly be greeted by the modern and light-filled interior. The spacious living room features cheerful pops of yellow and blue amidst an oversized sofa and Smart TV. Steps away, the gorgeous kitchen and dining room offer the perfect space to prepare and indulge in family-style meals. Gaze out at the trees while utilizing the full kitchen's granite countertops, center island, and stainless steel appliances.

Boasting more than enough space for you and the people who mean the most to you, the home's five bedrooms are equally comfortable. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having access to an en suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in closet and dual sinks. All of the rooms have been lined with soft linens, tasteful decor pieces, and central air-conditioning.

The home's perks continue in the form of an additional family room, a separate laundry room, and children's items like a Pack-N-Play.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool is seasonal and is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is covered and unavailable to guests from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: 2 camera onsite - one in the back facing the pool for safety and one at the front door facing the street for security.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
