Welcome to your tropical retreat in La Fortuna! This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and location. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.

It has 4 bedrooms with A/C unit and private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, living room area with smart TV, great terrace and private pool with an amazing view of Arenal Volcano, gated property with electric gate, WiFi (100 megabytes download/upload), great open areas so you can enjoy your stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area.

***All bedrooms has A/C unit and private bathroom with hot water
***Maximum people staying in the house is 16, however the base rate per night is for 10 people, each additional person will have an extra cost of US$25 per person per night plus taxes and fees so please add the total of people staying to get the correct amount to pay.

In case you are looking for a bigger space or 2 homes close by, we have Villa Maria which is next door with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms up to 16 people, it has a private pool too.

This was one of the best places my family has ever stayed. It was a nice location for doing things in the area. Everything was beautiful and exactly as pictured (or better!). The hosts were easy to communicate with and added personal touches. Having AC and laundry access were so nice as well as the pool to let everyone relax. The alarm, gate, and safe made us feel safe. Don't hesitate to book this one!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Graceland. The house was well maintained and in a great location close to the city for restaurants at night and central to the activities we had planned. We loved the pool, the layout of the house, and the quality of the finishing inside. There was a very nice grill and outdoor eating area that we didn’t even get a chance to use. We also felt very safe at the property, and appreciated the personalized tour when we first arrived so that we knew how to operate things. Check out was also very easy. Laundry worked great. The only slight negatives were that the master bed was very stiff and the rain at night is very loud through the roof because of the way it is constructed, so we woke up a lot on the nights it rained.

My wife, two sons and I had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Graceland. It is a great place to unwind after all the early morning jaunts - hiking the volcano trails, visiting the Mistico hanging bridges, doing the river float, and soaking in the hot springs. Extremely convenient to the restaurants in La Fortuna. And the pool is a great way to relax. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The photos really do not do this property justice. The location is perfect. My family of 6 had an incredible stay. We stayed here for 5 nights July 13-18, 2026. The outdoor living area was incredible. I really can not say enough good things about it.Our daughter was also celebrating her 17th birthday on the day we were set to arrive. I had reached out to the property manager and they had a cake a balloons waiting for her. They also had something setup on the bed and treats for all of us. We also used the property manager to book activities, rafting, zip lining, hot springs, and mistico for with a guide. They got us fantastic discounts, much cheaper than I could have gotten on my own.

we had a fantastic stay at this property! The house in view are even better than the pictures! The location is perfect. Close to town and all the sites but still feels quiet and secluded. The management team was helpful and super communicative!

Absolutely amazing!

This stay was amazing. House was perfect, full view of the volcano, heated pool, plenty of room, brand new house. Couldn’t be any better. If you are looking for a place, this is it. Stop looking, and book this place immediately.

The home is very nice, modern & comfortable! The rooms are a great size, plenty of sleeping options and kitchen is well stocked with necessities including an air fryer! A/C in every room was amazing! And, the pool, wow - so nice! Highly recommend this home for your time in Fortuna!! 20 minutes to místico which is a must see on your visit!

Our names are Eder Cruz & Allen Murillo, two good friends that have more than 15 years of experience working in tourism in La Fortuna, we grew up La Fortuna and decided to work together creating Home Vacations La Fortuna on May 2015, our main goal: Make things easier and simple for our guest.
On 2018 we create The House of Tours to provide our guests the best experiences during their stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we have the best tours and transportation services/rates in the area.

We manage/own about 40 properties in La Fortuna, we have a wide variety of options: private bedrooms, apartments, cabins, homes and villas up to 16 people some of them with private pool, hot tubs, nice opens areas, creeks nearby and more facilities. Over this years we have met lot of people which is one of the best things about working in tourism, every day we work very hard to make our guest happy so our business has been very successful thanks to the good reviews that we get from them.

Adding The House of Tours we hire Alonso Esquivel which is a expert tour guide and he works with us in the office so we can offer anything you need in La Fortuna, we have an office in downtown La Fortuna where we meet our guest so you don’t have to go around looking your property just get to our office and we will guide you to your place.

Once you book with us you will have access to our Drive Carpet with Check In information, general information about La Fortuna, restaurants recommendations, amazing discounts in all activities, special packages, rent a car with Adobe (The best one in Costa Rica), shuttles services from anyplace in Costa Rica and more detailed information to make things easier for you; if you have questions of anything you need just send us a message a we will get back to you very soon.
