Dear Arum, Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re truly sorry that noise from neighboring guests affected your final night. As soon as we received your message, we immediately contacted the adjacent villa, and they lowered the volume within five minutes of your notification. We’re always ready to assist in these situations, and we’re glad we were able to take prompt action on your behalf. While the villas are separated by concrete walls that provide good sound insulation, we understand that some noise can still carry depending on guest behavior.
